Disgusting, packaging was poor, no labels on clothes, no information on contents, no return form or information, sent them emails, no reply, clothes not as described, material poor, shocking, have not returned as don't trust address found on Internet or company, pretty sure I'd never see the money, basically robbed, please don't order.

This is another Chinese scam company: ladies jumper advertised as cashmere, it is not even wool. No labels inside, no washing instructions, packaging in Chinese.

It is a disgrace that you can get away with sell ing this rubbish nothing like the picture material shocking as you can see wright throw the dress I'll be contacting my solicitor if l don't get full refund back to my account never order anything from this site always read the reviews 😡😡😡😡

Doesn’t deserve 1 star absolutely false adverts, jumper is nothing like advert and the returns system is disgraceful.

Ordered 2 sparkly blouses for Christmas. One smaller than the other and doesn't fit, poor quality material. Both really short compared to the photos. Looked to return, I have to pay for a return to China! Lesson learned...

Elegant Thick winter jacket was anything but! Cheap looking, light weight and not lined as the product photo showed- complete misrepresentation. They did not want to refund me but suggested I sell it or give away as this would be better for the environment than posting back to China. Eventually they offered me a 35% refund.

Absolute scam. I Purchased a jacket and what a mistake. Absolute garbage and nothing like the pictures shown. It's that bad you couldn't even give it away. I might take it to a charity shop but I think they would just laugh at it and put it straight in the bin.

Avoid this company. The pictures are nothing like what is delivered. The shirt ordered arrived and looked very sub standard. Charged £35 and I would be generous if I said the shirt was worth a pound..

Pure scam do not buy anytime
Ordered a sweater for the winter months received a thin, cheap and nasty nylon top with bad stitching and no label regarding material or washing instructions.
A real rip-off will never use this clothing site again and should be reported under trade descriptions

Do not buy from this company, I wish I'd have looked at the reviews on Trustpilot site before buying.
I bought a 'nice looking' shirt for my son-in-laws birthday at a cost of £34.
What arrived was the cheapest looking shirt made of the cheapest material. I asked for a full refund but was offered 25% and to keep the shirt, which I refused. The next offer was 35% or return to China at a cost to myself. I checked with the post office and to return 'tracked' as they stipulated, was £22. Total scam. Stuck with a shirt that I'll probably put in the charity bag. Fuming!!!

I did not know at the time that this company are in china , the jacket I ordered was nothing like advertised in the picture and not a winter coat. The material was so thin and not even the correct style and colour. This company must be put out of business. do not buy any goods from this company they are all fake.

I agree with a previous review.
They mislead the public and send false images of what is actually posted out to you.

I am in a dispute with them with items that arrived with missing parts.

I have order jacket for my boyfriend for £65 , instead I have refined old floor rug, worth £ 2 may be . I emailed Destiny pictures of this item that I received. They offered 25% refund and let me keep the item, or return the item on my own cost to China.
This company is a joke. I wish that I could attached pictures of this piece of rubbish.

Avoid this website. Clothes are nothing like the photos ! I wouldn’t even use as dusters

The website is very good quality and convincing. But this is a China based scam offering cheap top offs. AVOID

I ordered an asymmetric jumper - a very popular knit in UK right now and available from lots of genuine sites from £60. This was far cheaper (around £35) and I now know why.

The jumper arrived after about 2 weeks and it is not knitted but a sort of fleece which looks cheap and nasty.

Return has to be paid for to China - which no doubt will make it not worth sending due to the cost I will incur. SCAM.

Avoid this company. They use false photographs, and send rather pathetic copies, in my case boots, which when arrived were cheap discoloured plastic and so flimsy they weren’t fit for purpose. Refunds are impossible to get, instead they offer discounts for you to keep the goods. Total fraudsters…. Avoid.

Wow!!! What a dissapointment. They've cancelled my order without refunding my money. What a frauds!! It put me off shopping o line for good. I don't think I will trust any company from now on. Money down the drain. What a crooks. I wish someone has warned me

As other comments have said, item didn't match the picture at all. The pink was completely the wrong shade and the item came with bits of wool strands coming off. I paid around £50 thinking for that money it MUST be good. It took ages to come from China, and I didn't receive what I ordered. I'd say the sizing was also smaller than expected.
