Great experience with the customer care
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dean at Desira in Norwich. The damage to the upholstery of one of the seats (cut) in my Suzuki Vitara required a specialist repairer, as Suzuki do not supply the required part. Dean took the time and effort to locate a suitable specialist and to arrange for the issue to be resolved smoothly and professionally. This is a great experience with the customer care provided by Desira in Norwich, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A massive shout out to Jacob at Desira…
A massive shout out to Jacob at Desira Nissan in Norwich . He was super supportive and guided us through the Motability application process for our daughter’s car . He was incredibly patient and actually took the time to listen to what her specific preferences and needs were rather than just trying to get us to lease the most expensive option . He kept in touch throughout the progress of the application and made the whole experience far less stressful. He even adjusted the interior neon lights to green as it was her favourite colour . I would highly recommend him and the dealership for their customer service

Desira Norwich New Car purchase
I Purchased a new Qashquai from Desira Norwich for my wife. Whilst I thought we would be met with pushy salesmen we encountered the exact opposite. Jacob who dealt with the initial enquiry was patient, informative, knowledgeable, accommodating and explained everything in easy to understand terms. When my wife went on a test drive he was a gent and allowed her to drive the vehicle at her pace and gave her advice and prompts in a polite manner. He looked for a car that matched our specification and when we rejected them as not suitable it was no problem and he went and started the search again. We eventually opted for a new car and he kept in close communication throughout and advised us of who to contact when he was not available. Since we have had the car he has called to see how we are getting on, answered several questions we had and will be in contact again in a month to see how things are and if we have any queries. What we thought was going to be a pushy, hard sell, from a cocky salesman was the exact opposite and was a pleasure to purchase a car from Desira Norwich and to be taken through the purchasing process in a unassertive and easy going way by Jacob

Excellent service from this dealership Jacob Stares from Desira Nissan Norwich was our sales representative, Jacob was very knowledgeable regarding our new mobility car we were interested in and explained all the benefits of this car that suited my mobility needs Jacob was very understanding. I always feel like a valued customer
I always receive a polite and very helpful service from all sales and maintenance employees. Aaron Woodrow is a brilliant salesman who is very thorough to explain the purchasing process. A delightful experience
A delightful experience. Robert Law was friendly and courteous with a lovely Scottish accent ! He was knowledgeable and professional ,understanding what I required in my new vehicle. My car had to be ordered as there wasn't one in stock in the colour I wanted (the fabulous iconic yellow ! ), I was kept informed of the delivery date and I took delivery on the date promised .The handover of my car was smooth and professional with Robert making sure all settings were as I required. I would certainly recommend this dealership..

Desira Citroen in Bury St…
I went to Desira Citroen in Bury St Edmunds to have 2 updates carried out on my citroen relay van.
The booked works were the updates and a free health check. I enquired about a service cost at 64000 miles. This is a new van to me. They booked the service in so I contacted them again and said I didn't need the service carried out as all the bits they were going to do I had replaced when I bought the van in June.
I get to Desira and the service was still booked so I cancelled it again.
The updates were done but that was all.
No health check! When I enquired about it I got nothing back. So this morning I told Desira that as a new customer I was not happy as this was on their worksheet, something they were happy to carry out of their own free will.
I found personally a bare minimum attitude unless you want to spend more money seemed ok.
However I have now received a further email stating if I wanted to drive back to Bury St Edmunds they would do the health check.
Is it me, or is that an after the horse has bolted attitude?
I gave 2 stars as the updates were aparantly carried out.
Won't be returning!
