Purchased four items from this company and ALL FOUR came in the wrong size and in beat up boxes.. returned them for a refund and they’ve only refunded the items, not the shipping. This company is an absolute scam. Who in their right mind thinks they can post four incorrect products then expect it to be okay to not refund postage!? I got nothing from this transaction aside from being down £6.99 in my bank account. I’ve emailed and ask the shipping to be refunded. Let’s see if they reply. If not, straight to the bank to get my money back!

What a schocking company this is. No communication. Ordered a jacket came twice the wrong size and then they just give me a refund without letting me know. The refund is not even the amount I paid so will be in contact we’ll try to get in contact again. This company deserves not even 1 star

To be fair I've only just received the item from designerwear.co.uk, but half hour in I'm already struggling with a return. It says on the return form return to address at the bottom of the form and there isn't one! I've tried to find a return address without success! I've left various messages via email and answer machine😵‍💫🫣 keef

Bought a pair of trainers but they are too big. Followed the return instructions and Royal Mail picked up and attached the label. A week later, I have had the parcel returned to sender as they do not recognise the returns address postcode. I have checked online and the postcode generated by Royal Mail matches the one on the Designerwear website. There must be an error somewhere - either way, I am now stuck with trainers I don't want and waiting for a response from customer services. Not good at all - I will not be buying from here again. Please contact for a resolution.

*Your response makes no sense ~ if I generate another return label through your portal (as I did before) the same address is given which also has the same PO Box. Royal Mail will just return it again. You just stated that PO Box addresses cannot take returns!!

Horrendous company, avoid and report any issues! Worst customer service I’ve Eva encountered, they believe it’s ok to send you the wrong size trainers and refuse to change them 😂 jokers. Talking to customer service is like speaking to a toddler, nothing professional about itz they don’t even appear to have a legitimate complaints procedure so ombudsman it is.

The website is clear and easy to use and items are very good prices, but if you need to be refunded it becomes a nightmare and not a professional business. Purchased order on the 26th December, due to stock related issues I was emailed to be told that one of my items is out of stock, so I emailed them back to request a refund which to this date I am still waiting for this. Customer service is poor, as not responding to my emails and when you call the telephone number you get a engaged dialling tone. I hope this issue gets resolved very soon. I have also have to say due to this I won't be shopping with them again.

ordered several times from them and service and items were good but my last order waiting for around 20 days . first didn't reply to mails for a week then told me to contact RM , and then told me that I am going to receive it 4 days ego but I didn't receive it not the refund.

Very Fast delivery and quality hoodie

Terrible company. I ordered 2 pairs of Havianas. They took the money, then they emailed me 5 days later to advise that one pair wasn’t in stock. 2 days after that, I received the other pair, only to find they were the incorrect size !! Their customer service phone line is only open for 3 hours a day and EVERY TIME I called it (Over 15 times) and selected option 2, it gives an engaged tone. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid

Initially I was happy with this company. Order arrived quickly. However when I needed to return, I sent back next day (21st December) it is now 07th January and still no refund and they ignore my emails and dont answer the phone. Royal Mail says that it has tried to deliver to them several times with nobody available to receive the parcel. Best avoided I think I will need to charge back with Amex. (Order name Catrione Fitzgerald). Can someone contact me please.

Agree with previous reviews about customer service being non-existent. Returned coat which Royal Mail tried to deliver to them on the 18th of December. Unable to make the delivery assume they were closed but this is supposed to be a business!! What a joke. They then didn’t pick up the parcel at the local delivery office. Royal Mail then sent it back to Liverpool to try and find sender!! Assuming this is now lost! I’ve been trying to get hold of the company, unable to on the phone just constant engaged tone as other reviews have stated. As a consumer I did everything for the return correctly and I’m still waiting for a refund. Appalling customer service.

UPDATE- I have sent you proof of the tracking from Royal Mail. Looking at other reviews I’m clearly not the only one!! Why are you not refunding as per your terms and conditions. This is disgraceful when the consumers have done everything required this is on you as a business.

my order arrived 31/12/25 on opening i noticed that one item was missing so immediately sent an email to say what was missing. as i didn't hear back after a couple of days I sent another email the reply I received was was just the original tracking number to say the order had been delivered. really dissatisfied as to how this company has not even attempted to resolve this issue

Absolutely shocking ordered payed for before Christmas still waiting now requesting a full refund will never purchase anything from these again
