C'est le premier achat que je fais à ce fabricant.Leur gamme est très complète en mode route et course. Le produit est de qualité , robuste , ils donnent d'ailleurs une garantie de 5 ans. Je l'ai monté cet après midi facilement vu qu'il est tout à fait compatible.A remarquer qu'ils fournissent les joints.je vais sans nul doute encore me fournir chez eux pour mes autres motos anciennes.Le produit était parfaitement emballé et protégé pour le transport.J'essaierai un pot chez eux, j'avais un MIVV Storm sympa mais qui n'a pas tenu.

wow...amazingly beautiful engineering...even the packaging is a work of art.....as a mechanical engineer I can say that this is a well made, beautifully finished and high quality exhaust system....and for a really reasonable price, too.

As,a trained and experienced professiona I can tell you that these exhaust systems are incredibly well engineered, considering the price, plus I found customer service to be very quick to answer my messages.

I ordered an exhaust earlier in the year for a 2019 CBR650R. All was well until my exhausts air sensor weld decided to give way a few months later. I messaged Delkevic on Whatsapp, because this problem now caused my bike to cut out, and had damaged the bike. They sent me out a new exhaust, I was told to email their technical team in regards to the damage to bike. After over a month of waiting and no reply. I would avoid this company all together, their customer service is appalling, and their exhausts seem to break, reading online this is very normal for them. Best spending a bit more and getting better quality exhaust.

I bought Carbon 350mm silencer, which had issues after 6 months. I contacted them and after few days Delkevic support responded and delivered another silencer even better one, with additional clamps and parts, larger one made from stainless steel (as agreed). The experience was great.
They do care about customers, based on my experience. Just need to be specific for what you are asking, and consistent.

Brought a delkevic exhaust for my triumph street cup as standard one was Damaged in a accident, good quality, easy to fit, sounds good, good delivery time and not overly priced for a full exhaust system, would highly recommended

Poor customer service. Had a silencer with less than a thousand miles that was not packed properly. Carbon outer sleeve had visible heat degradation where internal packing was missing. Patronising attitude from customer service. Ended up throwing it in the bin where it belonged.

Terrible CS rang and emailed heard nothing

I ordered chrome downpipes for my 1200 Yamaha vmax, never used Delkevic before but will certainly be using them again. The look, the quality of welds and the fit were all perfect and all gaskets supplied and they arrived within the hour specified by the delivery company. Had a reason to contact Delkevic after I ordered them and, although it meant a one to one online chat via WhatsApp, Joe answered all of my questions. Thank you. Doc

bjr,j'ai commandé une ligne complète pour mon vfr, livraison rapide, très bien emballé, propre et complet sauf erreur dans les ressorts les deux de 6cm manque, j'ai reçu 4 de 8cm, dialogue très compliqué avec cette entreprise, obligé d'acheter ailleurs sinon à noël je ne roule pas encore, commandé chez TTshop très réactif cette boite, bien, dommage Delkevic à du beau matos

Tout s'ajuste parfaitement.
Avec chicane le son est tres correct,
Sans chicane ca reste acceptable

I know of recent because of some of the reviews left here that some people are struggling with Delkevic, but I am genuinely really pleased with the headers & link pipe I purchased from them recently. They answered a general enquiry quickly via email and both the quality of the down pipes and link pipe for my 2018 Kawasaki Z900rs was excellent for the price paid.

Vendeur pas pro du tout à éviter, pour quelques centaines d'euros prenez une plus grande marque.

I bought engine guards for a Yamaha Vmax 1200. Defective polishing and finish. I tried to contact customer service and they did not respond back. Also the fit I experienced was oversized holes and sloppy fitment. The hardware given to support that goes through. The engine mounts are complete garbage given the fact that the Vmax has so much torque. The sloppiness of the engine guards and oversized holes would do damage to my frame and engine mounts. I would not buy again, and I am so disappointed as I thought they were a legit company.

Tried contacting delkivic AU regarding and issue with a slip on exhaust making an odd whistling/rattling noise. Hard to explain the noise but it's definitely not right and everyone who has heard it agree's. When I emailed delkivic I attached a video of the exhaust, they said they didn't watch it and then basically said an aftermarket exhaust will sound very different from the stock exhaust and implied I don't understand that an aftermarket exhaust will sound different from the stock one. They then just ignored all further attempts at contacting them

ordered a full system for a Yamaha Virago 535, the bike would not run properly , would not idle & would cut out , & the deceleration popping was madness. i Put original exhaust back on & bike is fine , tried email & whatsapp but no reply from Delkevic . but answer phone straight away if your buying !!!!! . would never ever use again as product not fit for use & customer service is shocking .

I bought a complete exhaust system from Delkevic because I had a rust hole in my original exhaust system. The new exhaust from Delkevic seems to be good, but the NOISE level was far out.... This is not what I ordered and in the advert for that particular system it states "a discreet street legal rumble". The worst part is the complete lack of response when U contact them. I am lucky that noen of my neighbours have called the police due to the noise level.... I can barely start the bike at home anymore. Whatever you do; DO NOT buy from Delkevic. I have sent numerous polite emails to the CEO and to sales. They just don't reply! NEVER EVER GO THERE!!

Ok so i developed a hole in the header of my crf250 so thought i'd get the full system. Only finances didn't allow that so i bought the end can first and then the rest. When both bits came i was unsure whether i'd ordered the right bits and rang Delkevic. They didn't answer the 2nd or 3rd of 4th time. About a week later i got through and someone picked up and then hung up the phone. When it was fitted the mechanic told me it wouldn't pass my MOT on DB levels and it would miss and was uneven when revving. So the end can sits here. Im pretty P'O'd with Delkevic and have since heard they're some Chinese firm. My advice DONT use them. Use a British homegrown company like SP who have customer service and wont fob you off. Distgusting firm.
