Poor customer service.
Having issue with auto-print orders, trying to figure out from Nov.16 2023 and still not resolved.
Only way to communicate with technician is via email and only one email each day. Senior technicians with lack of knowledge and poor service provided. Considering discontinuing Deliverect services from all of our locations if not fixed properly any time soon.

For the most part it is an easy service to use I would recommend more info for the product especially Electronics Walk and Talk, Fuse products etc.. so we know exactly what the customer is choosing, sometimes it is a general description and there are many products that are similar in name.
Absolutely horrendous customer service! Had constant issues right from the beginning, wasn’t fully on-boarded and was left with a bunch of buggy software with no real direct source of contact for help. Trying to use the help centre is a joke. You need to first speak to a tier 1 agent who doesn’t ever have the answers, then get pushed to a tier 2 agent that only reply’s once per 24-48 hours and is in a completely different time-zone that isn’t much more of a help. There needs to be direct points of contact that are with reliable/knowledgable agents who actually see the issues through to be fixed.

I'm with deliverect for almost a year now. They have recently sold online ordering/social media ordering system to me assuring that it'll increase my sale. So far I've received one/two orders from this channel in more than three months. So I've investigated the issue and found that this online ordering system doesn't have any address database. It cannot even find addresses with flats. The worst part is that the system doesn't let you complete the order until it confirms the address. How stupidly designed ordering system it can be. The agent told me that this system solely depends on google map and they cannot help with this issue. You can have an idea about the people who are working behind this company. They are bunch of tech-amateurs who don't have any real business knowledge, don't know how a real business runs. Luckily there is no other company does this order integration in the market, otherwise they'd be long gone. This is not the first time I got pissed from their nuisance, mediocre product design but I am still with them because there is no other company doing this order integration from multiple delivery platforms.

No integrations with local platforms and for those integrated a lot of things missing. Also, no willingness for improvement. Finally, difficult to speak with someone from customer support.
