Deliverect has really been a game changer for our company. We were initially focused on the feature that is menu management to easily and swiftly edit and change the menu per aggregator / stores which has made a huge impact on the workload (and time spent following up). The analysis feature is amazing to quickly visualize sales / orders changes and I cannot live without it now.
Really love the product and the team support behind it (we are based in Dubai). Whenever we have an issue or a question there is always someone to reply to us - especially Tej!

While my overall experience with Deliverect has been positive, I wanted to share some areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Streamlining processes for all third-party integrations would greatly enhance efficiency, especially in dealing with issues related to size pricing. The settings and implementation nuances across different channels can be challenging, and a more standardized approach would be beneficial.
Additionally, I suggest refining the interface for managing opening hours. In this regard, I have come across Smoothcommerce, one of your integration partners, whose hours setup is notably clear and convenient. Emulating such clarity in interface design could further enhance the user experience.

La atención por parte de los gerentes de cuenta es muy buena, sólo que cuando hago contacto con Soporte por medio de chat, la atención es más lenta que antes, ya que en automático responde un bot, el cual, la gran mayoría de veces, tengo que solicitar la atención por parte de un representante de servicio, y esto, puede tomar en algunos casos 10 minutos, cuando antes, un representante me comenzaba a escribir al instante de solicitar apoyo mediante el chat.
