Using Deliverect has been a constant source of frustration. The system barely works as promised — it constantly disconnects, delivers unpredictable results, and causes more problems than it solves. Instead of streamlining operations, it adds unnecessary headaches.
What makes it worse is the customer support. The staff are unhelpful and dismissive, offering little to no real solutions when issues inevitably pop up. You’re left dealing with an unreliable product and no support to fall back on.
Overall, Deliverect feels like a poorly built, unreliable service that’s simply not worth the money. Save yourself the hassle and look for an alternative that actually works and values its customers.

Insanely disappointing customer service and product managers...
it's a shame, because the product is pretty good when it's working, but the employees just don't give a damn about your experience. We have literally lost thousands of euros in revenue, because some basic features are not rightly understood by the team.
I have a figured this out by myself and even gave the solution to the implementation specialist who then goes on to ignore the emails. Also they are not reachable by phone or anything.
It's waiting for some other company to deliver the same product and this company will go out of business for sure, because they don't give a damn about their customers.

Software was pretty good feature-wise... not the best interface but workable. Once setup it basically worked...6 months with them and no noticeable improvements to the platform. Onboarding and connecting to third-parties takes WAY too long and relies on their support team...
Support is terrible. Slow and unresponsive. Even when we wanted to upgrade, I had to send a dozen messages to their sales team to get a new brand added. This is the main reason I just canceled and moved to Stream.
Cancelation of annual contracts, even with 5 months they keep all your money. That's the dumbest most client-hating policy. It literally costs you nothing when I leave yet, you're keeping my money? I hate companies like this. It's clearly a cultural deficit in their business since all their behavior demonstrates the customer is not really important.

My experience with Deliverect has been profoundly disappointing, leading me to seriously reconsider our partnership. The most glaring issue has been the inconsistency in pricing, specifically their unwillingness to honor previous agreements regarding the setup fee. This unexpected change feels like a breach of trust and reflects poorly on their commitment to existing customers.
It's clear that Deliverect shows a lack of flexibility and a disregard for the terms initially discussed for our first location. This situation has made me question their dedication to supporting our business growth. When a company fails to uphold its word on fundamental agreements, it creates significant doubt about the viability of a long-term relationship.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with the strong impression that Deliverect is not genuinely invested in the success of its current clients.

Absolutely abysmal. A complete and utter nightmare. If you're considering Deliverect, run – run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. I honestly don't even know where to begin with the sheer incompetence and soul-crushing frustration this platform brings.
Once they've got your money and you're "on board," you can kiss any semblance of customer service goodbye. You are plunged into the purgatory of online chat bots, endlessly looping you through irrelevant FAQs. And if, by some divine miracle, you actually get a 'real person,' it's barely an improvement. It's like talking to a brick wall that occasionally throws boilerplate responses at you. They have a complete, shocking disregard for the businesses actually using their service.
Their "direct online ordering platform"? Don't even get me started. It's a fossil. It feels like it hasn't seen a meaningful update since the dinosaurs roamed the earth. Months, months, of nothing. Want to put your online store on "busy" when you're swamped? Forget about it! You have to completely shut the damn thing down. How is that even a solution? It's beyond stupid. Need to set holiday days? Nope, not a chance. Your customers just get to guess if you're open.
And the customer experience? A total trainwreck. People order online, they check their bank statements, and what do they see? Some bizarre, random code instead of a clear descriptor of where they spent their hard-earned money. Naturally, we get the furious calls and frustrated customers, not Deliverect. Then there's the delightful little glitch where a customer orders for a specific time, and it pops up on our POS showing a completely different time. It's a constant, infuriating battle.
It just goes on and on. Their entire existence seems to revolve around Deliveroo orders, which, let's be honest, is where we businesses bleed out all our profits. It's like they've got some shady, inside deal going on, funneling everything towards Deliveroo while leaving their other services to rot. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend against this platform enough. Save yourself the headache, the lost revenue, and the constant, boiling rage. You've been warned.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Onboarding process was a disaster and no help to work on fixing the issues, and when they faced either helping to fix the issues, which were minor, but time consuming, they just determined to end the process, leaving us in a terrible position, after having spent weeks preparing, vetting the right company to do it. They gave us 2 weeks notice, subsequently changed to 4 weeks after pleading. The sales person would not even speak to me on the phone. Onboarding person went on holiday then next one left the company and we were on our own to fix the issues,
Over a month later, now, and they still have not refunded our fees as promised

This platform is buggy, confusing and almost always drives my away from purchasing. My cart is half deleted every time I refresh or navigate. It can't decide if I am logged in or not, and has been contacting my without consent via whatsapp which is utterly ridiculous. Businesses please avoid.
Was on the annual plan, very expensive for what it is (essentially a third party delivery aggregator),but very buggy interface both on the front and backend. If you want to cancel, you have to give them NINETY DAYS NOTICE. No prorated refunds. Even if the app worked well, just this cancellation policy alone is shady and reflects their company practices as a whole. Becayse of this now I'm out $2500. DO BETTER.

We are a small business in Dubai, we were chased by Deliverect sales people to sign a contract with Deliverect, they promoted this system as a solution for our business and the company as a reputable company. They made us pay all amount upfront, we trusted this service but we were absolutely wrong with the decision to have our business on their system! the Onboarding was terrible, the support was only through manuals . Spending hours in online calls that is not helping, it took more than one month to finish the onboarding with 0 satisfaction. The agents lacked responsiveness and empathy they were not responding to calls, they put out of office messages, you cannot reach them. The big issue now, that every time a customer click on the menu to see the items and order, they have to go through entering location first which is ruining customer's experience. customers are clicking the link, but no orders are made because of this terrible feature. I complaint about this and I asked for this to be as a final step after putting items in the cart , but no one is responding to me, there is no account manager that I can talk to, I'm stock with this terrible system that is impacting my business badly. I paid a lot of money for very lousy system, with ZERO customer service.
This is a new update on my review, dated 8 May 2025. Yesterday, the team of Deliverect contacted me after a long wait and they promised to give me the support needed, the agent informed me that someone will be assigned to work with me on developing a link to the menu that customer can open to view our products but she confirmed that the delivery/pick up and location option cannot be moved to the final step.
I'll keep you updated on the outcome.
We are a small F&B business based in Dubai and were onboarded through Chatfood (now part of Deliverect) with the understanding that we were starting with a trial to test if the platform fit our needs. At no point did we knowingly agree to a non-cancellable 12-month contract.
Despite this, we were charged $948 USD without warning, and only later informed that cancellation requires 90 days' notice—something never clearly communicated, not shown in the dashboard, and completely at odds with Chatfood’s own support documentation, which promises 24-hour cancellation via the platform.
To make matters worse, the platform has not been functioning for over a month. Our dashboard says “Trial expired,” and our outlet has shown as “Not accepting orders” since March. We contacted support multiple times and received no resolution. No explanation. No functionality. Yet we’re still being charged.
Only after escalating the matter did we receive a partial refund for the downtime, but we’re now being told we’re locked in until March 2026, despite:
Never being informed of the renewal
Having no access to the service we’re being billed for
Relying on FAQs that conflict with the hidden contract terms
Support has been slow, dismissive, and difficult to reach. We’ve already filed complaints with consumer protection authorities in both the UAE and Belgium, and we’re warning others to read every word of the fine print—because the interface won’t show you what you're really committing to.
We agree with the other recent 1-star reviews. This platform does not meet the standards of transparency, reliability, or fairness that small businesses need.
If I Could Give Zero, I Would
We’ve been using Deliverect for nearly three years, and in that time, they’ve cost us thousands of dollars, hundreds of lost orders, dozens of one-star reviews, and countless hours of unnecessary stress.
At first, Deliverect seemed like the ideal platform to unify our online orders. What we got instead was a broken, gaslighting-filled nightmare.
Here’s what we’ve dealt with:
1. Doordash Integration That Flat-Out Didn’t Work
For over three months, Deliverect failed to sync 86ed items from our POS to Doordash. Customers ordered food we didn’t have, we had to cancel those orders, and we got slammed with one-star reviews. Eventually, Doordash put us on a monitoring list because of too many customer complaints — we were nearly removed from the platform altogether.
We lost thousands of dollars in disputed orders, and Deliverect’s response?
“The system is working as intended.”
They told me to contact Doordash myself to fix the integration they were being paid to manage.
2. Pickup Manager – Paid for 3 Years, Broken Since Day One
• Shows wrong order numbers
• Auto-checks in drivers even when they’re not at the store
• Displays order numbers instead of customer names, confusing staff and drivers
• Still no fix, and they keep charging us monthly without hesitation
3. Support That Gaslights and Deflects
Deliverect’s support process is a joke.
• You’re forced to chat with a clunky AI bot that slows down urgent support
• By the time you reach a human, they suggest things you’ve already said you’ve tried
• Or they tell you it’s not their fault — it’s your POS, the delivery app, or the weather
Every issue leads to blame-shifting, not solutions. And despite being told repeatedly that someone from “Customer Success” would reach out, not once in three years has anyone actually done so.
4. Most Recently — DMA Update That Broke Order Syncing Without Warning
Out of nowhere, they pushed a DMA app update that broke the ability to mark orders “ready for pickup” from our POS (Square). No email, no changelog, no heads-up. Just chaos — on a Saturday night, during peak service, while short-staffed.
When I contacted support?
“This isn’t controlled by us.”
“You’ll need to contact Square.”
They offered a “workaround” that disables POS syncing altogether — completely defeating the point of using their platform. And they closed the live chat mid-crisis and pushed me into a support ticket queue.
5. No Ownership. Ever.
Deliverect has never once taken responsibility for the problems they’ve caused.
• No proactive communication
• No compensation for downtime or broken services
• No follow-up
• No solutions
They continue to charge full price while offering broken tools and actively harming our operations.

Bottom Line:
Deliverect is the most unreliable, accountability-averse tech partner we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve moved from recommending them to warning every single restaurant owner we meet to avoid them.
We’re now working directly with Square and Doordash to build out better, more stable alternatives. If you value your time, your reputation, and your sanity — stay far, far away from Deliverect.
UPDATE (1)
Update (3 days later): Still no follow-up. More deflection from support.
It’s been 3 days since Deliverect publicly replied saying they’d contact me “shortly.” No one has reached out.
Meanwhile, their support rep blamed recent sync issues on “multiple systems” including our POS, and Uber Tablet. She claimed the order status was updated by the Uber Tablet — except I was the only one working that night and never touched it. The order was marked ready via Deliverect’s own Pickup Manager.
Their logs showed “APP” as the source, which they said means Uber — but I proved it also shows when using DMA Pickup Manager. Either their system is mislabeling data, or support is guessing.
We lost over $1,000 in sales that night from having to shut off delivery during peak hours.
Still no accountability. Just more deflection and generic responses.
Deliverect continues to prove they’re unreliable — both as a platform and as a support team.

I have had back and forth for over a year with having to constantly go back and try and get someone to help as it always disappears with no one actually helping. The latest I have sent screenshot after screenshot and theyre looking at issues that arent even issues. Some of the worst customer service teams.

I really hate online reviews, but found this is the fastest way to get help from Deliverect. It is overly complex without providing important information. Another service that out of necessity get's inserted into operations while providing needed features though falls short of truly delivering on it's potential, upcharging for features that I feel should be basic features

I strongly advise against trying this company. I signed up in early November, drawn in by the well-designed user interface. However, the system is frustrating; there are many features you can’t modify. Customer support is terrible—they keep transferring tickets without providing any real help. It took almost two weeks to activate the sales channel.
Most importantly, you cannot cancel your subscription on your own! As of today, it's been two weeks, and no one is assisting me with the cancellation. They also refuse to issue a refund, even though the platform is not set up or functioning.
Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time with them.
