From the initial phone call to enquire about the trillium stone ,we delt with Emma . Emma was very knowledgeable and we were happy to go ahead with our order . Chris was fantastic he came out and measured for the stone . Then day of fitting Graham & work colleague (can’t remember his name ) turned up and got on with the fitting . Very happy with the workmanship couldn’t fault it from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to friends & family

Excellent service at Decrastone. Emma couldn’t do enough to help us. The worktops are beautiful. Really happy with how it has turned out. Would highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent showroom with huge variety of products that would suit most budgets. Friendly and warm welcome and massively knowledgable help from Lyndsay. Measuring and fitting appointment went smoothly by well trained and clearly highly competent individuals.

Decided to write this review based on our experience with Dekrastone, We were passed on to Ivan Dunlop via our Kitchen supplier, on our factory visit we were shown various quartz worktop slabs and Ivan told us he had a fabulous offer on a stocked item that was limited stock and would do an discount of around £2k on our quote.
The following week we received our quote via Lyndsay as Ivan was on holiday, we were very surprised at the amount quoted as we had figures from two other suppliers based on the same sizes spec and product.
I thought at first that Lyndsay had forgot to offer the discount Ivan promised, we asked and were told this was including the discount.....Wow.
We decided to wait and speak to Ivan on his return from holiday, on his return he called me to chat about the quote and I said I thought the offer was way to expensive Ivan asked me what Id been quoted from our other supplier and to my dismay.... without blinking dropped another £1750.00 off the quote, this angered me and I said no deal just return my £500 deposit this was agreed but 5 minutes later he called agin to say he could drop another £250.00 off the quote to beat my other offer. sorry, not how to do business with customers. we took our business elsewhere and got exactly the same product several thousand pounds cheaper. Warning to customers make sure you shop around before you part with your hard earned cash.

From the our first visit, we were given excellent service and advice from Emma.
Chris, measured the worktop area and was very efficient and friendly, also the fitters were very good - all in all , they were a great team.

Very friendly, geat service, and very happy with the end product. Only issue was with a cut out size but it was resolved swiftly.

What a great experience from start to finish. The showroom staff are lovely, very knowledgeable. No delays getting a quote in different materials and very responsive to any questions. Kris was amazingly detailed at the templating visit and understood exactly what we wanted. The fitters took so much care over the finish and the one seam we had to have looks invisible. The Dekton worktop is stunning and the complex curves turned out perfect. Highly recommended.

Absolutely spot on service from start to installation, very professional and helpful with so many different options and colours .

Would highly recommend Dekrastone and found them to be very competitively priced. Professional throughout the process from the Showroom to the fitting. Really helpful in trying to help me narrow down the right choice for our worktops in our new kitchen. Incredibly flexible with dates for fitting and arranging these around the rest of the build. Fitting was professionally done to a high standard. Worktops are beautiful and I am incredibly pleased with the result.

From the first day i spoke with the staff at Dekrastone it was a pleasure. Everything went smoothly and to plan. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have worktops fitted

We purchased our worktops in the Glasgow branch. From start to finish, Emma was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the different options. Both the team who templated and fitted were friendly and helpful. We’re very delighted with our worktops and would recommend Dekrastone to anyone who is looking for a premium product.

We're so delighted with our worktops from Dekrastone, they have made the kitchen. From our first visit, Emma was so helpful in explaining the different options and edging finishes so we were able to make a really informed decision and were aware of the additional costs to certain finishes.

We had planned to use the worktop material to create the splashback for our sink and I'm so glad we went with Dekra as their templaters were fantastic and talking through the shapes and what would suit the space allowing us to choose a shape and size of splashback and looks great and works perfectly. It felt like a big decision to pick a shape based on something you'd seen online and having the options worked up on their tech in the room with us was so helpful and helped us feel confident in the decision.

Service wise, we were updated throughout the whole process and Dekra were really good about moving our templating dates out due to building works over running so really appreciated that.

Everyone we dealt with from Emma, the templaters and the fit team were great and I'd highly recommend them.

I'm delighted with my new worktop. I would highly recommend this company. They kept me informed and were very flexible when I had to change my date for installation.

Great service from start to finish, few hiccups but were promptly sorted by Ivan and the team, a testament to their exceptional customer service. Love my new Fugen worktops and backsplash looks amazing in the kitchen. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, if you are shopping around, stop! just get in touch with these guys.

I am beyond thrilled with my new worktops. I went for Carrara Quartz with a waterfall edge. The quality of the material, precision templating and fit was exceptional as was the Customer Service and communication throughout. Would highly recommend!

Really happy with our new countertop. From the attentive service when in the showroom helping us select the product and finish we wanted through to the templating and installation the service was outstanding. Would recommend anyone to use Dekrastone for their new kitchen.

Excellent service and company- very pleased with end product and how worktops set off my kitchen. Managed a number of kitchen renovations over the past few years and the stone from Dekra seems to be very high quality compared to previous. You get what you pay for!

Staff at showroom all very helpful, giving me samples to try. Constant checking in with dates etc. measuring and fitting were both ahead of schedule which I was delighted about (thanks Emma)!
Worktop technician very professional, taking a lot of time in precision measurements. Checking and double checking everything was to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend
