Debt survival are helpful, sincere & understanding. They could be a bit better with explaining in more detail/more clearly what they do & what effect this has on people in regards to their credit record though.

I have had a repayment plan in place with Debt Survival for some 18 months and have always found them to be very helpful and polite. So don't struggle alone contact them and get the help you need and get a better night's sleep.

Debt is a horrible cancer that eats into a lot of people's lives these days. Thank you for taking this opportunity to express my appreciation of the work done for me by Debt Survival. Thanks to them, a debt crisis which was the last thing I expected to have to face at my time of life and after years of gainful employment, has been managed and is I hope within sight of being eradicated . It has taken two and a half years and has involved realistic and sometimes painful decision-making. But throughout I have held on to an academic job, generated an income and have enjoyed some real quality of life. Could I have done this without Debt Survival's help? Perhaps, but more likely not. Hours spent hanging on telephone lines, deliberately ambiguous messages from creditor banks and answering letters whose tone seems to be calculated to intimidate, these are all aspects of the process which dispirit and discourage you if you are a private individual with work and family commitments. Debt Survival takes this burden off my shoulders, resulting in my receiving over 26 thousand pounds back from the PPI debacle, and the ongoing repayment of my loans which should be achieved finally within this financial year leaving me with NO DEBT other than a mortgage.

Debt Survival charges a fee which, if we are to listen to some voices, is exorbitant. Rubbish!! I say this is money richly deserved and I thank them again very much. To Jaimie (who has moved on now) and to Adrian and to Natalie and everyone else I've had the privilege to know, I will always be grateful to you.

I found it to be very helpful to getting me back on track. It sorted me out and stopped people ringing for money as they could speak to Debt Survival instead. I am glad I used the service. The only downside is that I will be paying it back for years and years and they charge me £30 per month but it was much better than the alternative!

I have been so worried for months now with my debts people ringing,
threating letters I never knowing what the hell to do it starts to take over your life.
it was by pure luck that I had just started my divorce I was doing this online for cost reasons, I filled in all my details for my divorce and at the bottom was the question do you have any debts this question was optional but I ticked the yes box.
A short time after my phone started to ring as usual I think debt collector but answer anyway it was a man from debt survival after a short conversation he told me debt survival could vastly reduce my repayments and finally put an end to what seemed like such a nightmare to me.
The bad letters and phone call stop within days I just set up a direct debit and debt survival do the rest it is that simple my payment to them leaves my account each month and that's it

They have responded to all queries immediately, have dealt with difficult bank situations, and each time deal with bank reviews without causing me any problem.

Since Debt Survival have taken charge of my debt, I have been worry free. If have nasty letters from the debtors 9/10 times Debt Survival have already taken care of the situation. They have given me peace of mind that my debt is being dealt with as well as assuring me there's a light at the end of the dark tunnel I've been in for so long. I have been able to sleep better knowing my debt is being paid and that my balance is coming down and not going up with interest charges.
