Waiting 9months on a replacement or…

Waiting 9months on a replacement or refund for a product that broke after one use. Almost 60 emails and I am still issued the same response each time ‘we appreciate your patience and are checking with our team to resolve this issue’. Total nonsense, they have no interest in solving the issue. Horrendous customer service.

We’re truly sorry to hear how long this situation has been ongoing — that would understandably be very frustrating.

We’d like to clarify that DayOne Fulfillment is not the brand or store you purchased from, and you have not been in contact with us. We are a logistics company that supports online stores with warehousing and shipping. In simple terms, we handle the preparation and dispatch of parcels from the warehouse, not customer service, refunds, warranty claims, or replacement approvals.

We are also not the final delivery carrier (such as USPS, Royal Mail, etc.). We manage the order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier. We do not have access to the brand’s customer support system or authority to issue refunds or make final decisions on replacements.

That said, we do want to be helpful where possible. If you would like, you can email us at info@dayone-shipping.com with your order number and the name of the store. We can reach out internally to notify the store’s support team that this matter is still unresolved. While we do not have control over their final decisions, we can at least help escalate awareness on our end.

We sincerely hope the brand resolves this for you quickly and appreciate your understanding of our role in the process.

It's a nightmare to work with them

Requesting a quote from them is just a back and forth between you and their agent asking for proof of sales/orders and screenshots. I think their approach is not very friendly, nor sustainable for store owners. I have asked many times for quotes and they keep saying I need to meet specific requirements first. They have either tons of customers, which enable them to treat badly new customers or they're just acting like a Premium service when in reality it's all a bluff. Go elsewhere for these services, tons of others do it faster and better.

RUDE and Piece of trash

Got an interview from the client from DayOne and his name was Joris. Very rude. His first question was if I know DayOne and what products do they fulfill. How the hell will I know. He just dropped the call and blocked me on upwork. What a total piece of trash. Dont trust this company from China.

Onbetrouwbaar adres, zei op de website dat het uit Amsterdam komt maar komt uit China. En dan boven op de kosten van de jurk nog 20 euro aan retourkosten betalen :(

DayOne is a fulfillment company providing warehousing and sourcing solutions. We have warehouses in China, and 3PL warehouse partners around the world, including Amsterdam. We happily accept returns to our China warehouse--depending on the store's return policy. We do not own or operate any stores ourselves. Any returns or refunds are handled by the store and according to their own policy.

They provide loggistincs to fraudulent companies that scam worldwide customers with bad products and services. If you see this company about the brand be aware. I bought something from Anna Barcelona and when tried to get a refund they gave me a label for this company. Trabajan con empresas que estafan a los clientes.
