This is for the Brookfield, WI location. Made an appointment for my daughter and her maid of honor to try on dresses. Arrived on time but David’s Bridal said they had no record of my appointment. After about 15 minutes they found someone to help us who was clearly annoyed by our presence. The grouchy clerk found my daughter a room to try two wedding dresses on that she had found during our 15 minute wait. The clerk never smiled and never talked with us. We never even looked at bridesmaid dresses and we had planned to do. Left after trying the two wedding dresses on and have since bought my daughter’s wedding dress at Vera’s instead.

My niece bought a dress online and when they realized that the price was wrong cancelled her ordered that was on sale then proceeded to want 2200 for the dress and offered her 30 percent off they are scammers please don’t order don’t buy anything from them go to small shops or order from other online bridal shops that will treat you like a customer not a number

Purchased a gown at David's bridal Barbara was my sales associate... Blanca is doing the alterations very pleasant.So happy I chose david's bridal... Thank you for all the help... A big thank you to Barbara so pleasant and also Blanca!!

Haven't gotten my more than half of order and it was supposed to arrive July 19th-24th. It's still processing! I'm missing 2 robes and a dress! I have contacted customer service so many times and the only thing they had to help was a 15% off my next order. I need the dress and robes ASAP for the bride! I tried to cancel my order but they said they couldn't do that either. I just want the order replaced with expedited shipping! I even paid for shipment protection! If it's the same and the other half of my order, it will take weeks to arrive after the label is made, I can't wait that long!

My grandson's wedding was cancelled. It was within the return period. I sent dress back and I had the tracking number and know the exact time and date David's Bridal received the return. I have texted with them twice (because they do not answer their phone), but send a text link. Each time I texted with them, they said it would be 7 to 10 days until I get my refund. It has been a month now and still no refund. I have contacted creditor and filed a complaint. I have purchased from David's previously, but will never purchase again, as their customer service is terrible!

Went to just look for a dress and found the one. The stylist (Jeffery) was great: really helpful and worked with me on finding the right dress. Was able to find the dress that fitted my personality! No pushy or pressuring me to pick a dress I didn’t like.

Worst experience ever. It wasn’t with the store, it was entirely online.

I ordered the dress online that I tried on in store. I should have just taken the one I tried on in store, if I am being honest. I wanted to shop around which I did and just didn’t find anything that really fit as well as the one I ordered.
Long story short - I received the dress in the mail on Friday. The dress was delivered in tissue paper and a packaged in a shipping bag. The dress is so wrinkled, it has to be steamed. There’s no choice. I would have expected this from Walmart/Amazon not David’s bridal. Not even a box? Or a garment bag? I am so upset. The cost of a steam is just about what I paid for the dress so now I’m into this dress for DOUBLE the cost.

I’m so disgusted. The customer service is horrible. They did offer a free steam at a location over an hour from my home. I couldn’t commit to a date because I work a lot and I have active children so that wasn’t good enough. They also said if I wanted to return it I would pay 14.99 for the return fee which they will take out of my refund. I will never ever do business with David’s bridal again.

Hello, I’m the bride my appointment was set for 3:00 with my bridesmaids, I was told to go and look at some wedding dresses, I found a couple that I liked that we had took off the rack, One of the workers Approached my daughter-in-law with a attitude saying we are not allowed to be holding the dresses, she could have approached us nicer, and also at the front desk, they should have let us know we were not allowed to hold the dresses, Beautiful store but I gotta say they need more professionals I still got the dress and the lady that did help me was really nice.

First appointment was fine. Bought a dress. It was supposed to be in the beginning of April. I got a text and we went in but it was only her veil, no dress. So of course my daughter was disappointed. A few weeks go by so I have her call and check. She’s told that it’s and has been there for a while, she only had until that Monday to pick up. She calls a second time, panicked about not being able to get there in time and they give her a couple of more days. Still saying the dress is there. She takes off a half a day be cause we planned to have fun with it. My mom and I were going to find a dress and she was going to get hers. Mom and I had zero help. We pulled all of our own dresses. And then was told when my daughter arrived that her dress is not there. Disappointed and upset again. The manager calls as we were leaving and says that she called the warehouse and it would be here the 23rd. No dress on the 23rd. Finally, I get the text that her dress is here. Yayy! We make the same plan and try again. Her dress does not fit. It’s an entire size too small. The salesperson heard me say it was small and came over to stuff my daughter into this dress and make her sit down. She is popping out of this dress. There is barely enough fabric to cover her boob. The hook clasp was stretched to almost busting. So I tell my daughter to go on and I will see what to do. The manager proceeds to tell me that she can’t exchange the dress until she signs this one out. I argue and argue. Tell her several several times that I am not signing for this dress. I am not accepting this dress. Over and over she ignores me. Tells me the only way she can see how long the exchange will take it to sign my daughters dress out. I continue to say that I am not taking this dress. We came in and she fitted by your attendant. This is not our fault. She proceeds to sign the dress out. Then tells me that because they were able to stuff my kid in her dress and force it closed, they could not exchange it. That was the honest to god reason she gave me. Said it was alteration issue now. I said ok, return it. Because I didn’t have the original form of payment, I had to drive 40 mins home and back. I continued to let her know that I was not taking this dress and she decided to stand there and throw a tantrum screaming that she is going to lose her job. So sick of dealing with this unprofessional rude and nasty individual and to stop her tantrum I said Fine, go get the dress. She continues to stand there screaming at me that she was going to get security. I took the dress, went and got my bank card from my husband and returned. My daughter went in this time as I was still incredibly angry. The manager continues her tantrum with my daughter telling her that I was rude and threw a pen at her. That is an insane lie. But she continues to rant as she charges me a RESTOCKING fee. She charged me a $50 restocking fee. My daughter, sick of fighting and being scammed by these people, said her peace and turned to walk out. Ms Williams then proceeds to call my child a b*%ch. I am still fuming and will spend the day fighting for that restocking fee back. They scammed me right out of it and it’s not ok. I will not support a company that employees people like this. This day is a big deal and this woman ruined it.

I placed an order one week ago for shoes that said they should be delivered at my house today. The order was placed exactly a week ago, but they still did not ship them. I have had no contact from this company, aside from the initial email confirming my order and then the text messages that I initiated to find out if they were ever going to ship the shoes. I purchased a pair of shoes elsewhere yesterday, since I didn’t have much faith in getting these shoes in time for my event. David’s Bridal claims they can’t cancel an order once it is placed, which is ridiculous. They should just cancel this order for me at this point, because I told them I don’t need the shoes now. It’s not my fault they didn’t ship them! At this point, I am going to have to wait until I get them in the mail, and either drive 28 miles to return them to the nearest store, or pay $14.99 to ship them back. No standard pair of shoes from a well known company should take over 7 days to ship, especially when they say on the product page that they are “in stock”. The shipping label was not even created yet…so somebody clearly isn’t doing their job right, but me as the customer is the one that has to deal with the crap end of the deal now. It’s pathetic.

They made our group stand out in the cold because our appointment wasn't for another 5 minutes, even though there was no one else in the store. The attitudes of disgust by the employees because we were there and bothering them was horrible. They wanted a man in dress, "Miss Eric" with the worst body odor ever, to help us try on dresses. Nope, not interested in having a man in the dressing room with our teenage girls.

I just want to send a big thank you to Karyn at the Rockville, Maryland store. I brought my son in to shop for a prom gown as he likes to express both his feminine and masculine side and wanted to wear a stunning gown with a tuxedo vest with tails. Karyn helped us find a gown for my son that made him feel and look amazing without making it awkward or uncomfortable.

this is our second time buying him a gown at David's Bridal and both experiences have been great. I really appreciate this given the times we currently live in. 🏳️‍🌈💜

I was in David's bridal looking for " Mother of the bride" gown and had the pleasure of being Lisa's client at David's Bridal at Trainyards in Ottawa . I have to say I had the best experience with Lisa, she really listened to my wants and needs and used her experience, and expertise to help me find me my dress ! I am a first time Mother of the bride and I so appreciated her honesty , I never felt rushed , I felt valued and listened to . It was a such an awesome experience . Thank you so much Lisa !!

I ordered two items from the UK and was told it would be here by mid February. I leave for my wedding in Jamaica on 2 March. Only one item has arrived, the shipping notice even shows there's only one item in there. My emails are being ignored and when I speak to online chat, one minute I'm told the second item is on the way, the next I'm told it's been delivered. As I've said multiple times and sent the proof of, only one item was sent! No refund or apology for the item I'm now missing for my wedding.

the staff was very rude, not only did they look down on us the hardly help us at all I left the store so fast!

On January 26 my friend and I walked into David’s bridal and was greeted by Julie W. She was very helpful, friendly and kind. She went out of her way held the dress up and modeled for my us so we could take a picture of the dress to send to my niece. If I could give them a 10 I would yhank you julie

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from David’s bridal. They sent the complete wrong style and colour for one of the dresses. As an international customer I can’t use the customer service number and 3 emails later no reply about their stuff up!! I can’t refund as over the 30 days and I can’t exchange as over the 60 days by the time it arrived. I had to get it sent to my brother in Texas and then posted to Australia. It’s their error and I have to cop a loss of $170. My order cost over $1000 and now I’m stuck with a dress I can’t use and have to risk ordering again from a company that is incompetent at posting purchased products and doesn’t respond to their emails. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

The customer service was great. The only reason I would recommend using David's Bridal is because they make you pay for alterations before the alterations are completed. Also, the amount of the alterations was more than my dress. I haven't ever been anywhere that this has been the case

I joined my daughter in law to be pick up her dress Monday in Newark, Delaware. The salespeople are so kind, anxious to assist, and show much excitement for the bride. The alteration Manager, Priya really shined. Priya was so helpful and patient with all our questions about alterations needed to make the dress fit perfectly. She went over all costs so there would be no surprises later. We were grateful for Priya during our visit.

My Mom and I visited David's Bridal in Morrow, GA on 11/13/2024. The Manager, Paige was absolutely phenomenal and had the best personality. The gal at the counter was Deandra and she was also very sweet. We were thankful for their positive attitudes and "can do" attitude. I would recommend this store!
