Bought loads off this. Recent order I bought for holiday, took 10 days to ship out. I was lied to and told it was posted when it wasn’t. I was offered a full refund via email which I said yes to. They refunded 1 item out of 3 and send me the remainder, which I said I no longer wanted. I’ve sent 14 emails with no reply. Shambles of a business

Ordered 2 ski jackets 9th Nov - over £1k total spend. Still not received on 22nd November. No updates on shipping status. No response to 2 emails I’ve sent to the customer service email address.

Delivery info says standard delivery is 3 days up to 7 during Christmas.
It has now been over 11 working days!

Contacted WhatsApp number and told my order was flagged as potential fraud. Yet nobody contacted me. Asked for my money to be refunded as no goods sent. Told the refund would be issued Monday 24th. Now being ignored on WhatsApp and email.

I now have to ask my bank to refund the purchase through chargeback as suspect this is not a legitimate business.
Now looking into them more I noticed that there are no comments on any Insta posts.

Now 9th December and still no refund.
I have ended up having to go through the chargeback process with my bank. Having researched further I am not the only customer with this terrible experience. Beware!!

Returned item within day of dekivery, disregarded many emails throughout 7 weeks to get an update on refund. Not only did they make me wait until contacted paypal he then replied few time each very rude and in disrespectful manner. I explained i would go to action fraud and citizens advice which they mocked at.very quick to sell and horrible to deal with return. Very abnoxious and unprofessional. Still 3 months have passed and refund not made to me and also has the audacity to keep item and said will sell on his own market place on top of the payment i made.no discussion was ever made to return item back to me despite not refunding me. Very upset and please be carefull in dealing with these people who do not have any class in selling luxury designers.

Very disappointed with this company! I have ordered a few times over the years and never had a problem but then I have never had to send anything back. Ordered a stone island jacket for my son for Xmas and it was too small sent back Royal Mail tracked it has been back there 2 weeks and still no exchange or refund issued I have emailed twice and no response. After reading some of the reviews I wish I hadn’t chanced it.

Ordered in March 2024, still no refund in September 2025.
My package was shipped to Germany but this company failed to declare it at customs, so it got sent back. Ever since, I never received my money back.

For over a year I’ve been contacting their customer support with no response. I even reached out to the CEO personally via WhatsApp, but he ignored my messages and told me to contact support, which then ignored me too.

This is not how a professional business operates. Every attempt to solve this issue peacefully has failed. Instead of accountability, there is arrogance and childish behavior in response to critical reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. You risk losing your money and being forced to go through lawyers or legal action just to get your refund. Save yourself the frustration. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a pair of red stone island shorts, but when they arrived they were purple. I returned them for a refund, but my return hasn’t even been acknowledged. I’ve sent multiple emails and never received a reply, even after filling out their questionnaire. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

placed an order from DAN YOUNG UK but unfortunately, the parcel was misdelivered and I did not receive the item. While the delivery issue appears to be the courier’s fault (not DAN YOUNG UK), only the sender is able to raise a dispute or complaint in situations like this.

The frustrating part is that I’ve reached out multiple times via email and social media and haven’t received any response. A simple acknowledgment or update would’ve gone a long way.

I bought sneakers on the 5th of June, till today no delivery no communication. I sent email no one replied just don't know what to do now. No tracking, no number to call just left in the middle of nowhere.
