Crinkle trousers…
The crinkle trousers I ordered arrived quickly and I was so pleased with them. The fit and the length are very good and the blush colour is lovely. I will be ordering another pair in a different colour.

Plenty of choice on all items and quite easy to navigate site. The delivery is just a wee bit slow but that may be down to the courier.

Phone charges
I have dealt with Damart for some years. My review is not about their clothing but their telephone service. I recently had to return an item because it was the wrong size. Totally my fault. Having not had any updates on the return I phoned today. My phone charges were £10!!!! I did not realise it was a premium rate number and maybe there should have been a warning somewhere?
Interesting that in your reply you state you have a local rate number. A pity this isn’t the number displayed on your website!

I can confirm we have a range of telephone numbers what customers can contact us on, not all of these are premium rate. Our standard call charges are 13p per minute plus your standard network access charge, this information is on all of our catalogues below the telephone number and also on our website.
We do have a local rate number which is 0330 123 5429 for account and order queries.
We offer various ways for customers to contact us, this being telephone, post or on line at customerservice@damart.com. We also offer a live chat available Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm.
With regards to the returns, we advise that you allow up to 14 days for us to receive goods back. If an email address is on the account, we usually send updates by email. If this hasn't been provided to us before, please feel free to let us know what your details are by sending an email to trustpilotteam@damart.com.

I ordered from Damart a dress, quality was poor considering they charge so much, I sent it back 1 week ago no acknowledgement to say they had received so Ive rang up customer service and they said you have to wait 2 weeks for my money to be refunded and also they do not refund postage.
I will never order again - very disappointed with DAMART

Just to let you know returns can take up to 14 days to be processed, from the date they are sent back to us. If we have your e-mail address on records, we will send you an e-mail confirming your returns and your card will be refunded.
If the whole order is returned back to us. We also refund/credit the £3.99 postage charge. If the goods have been returned back to us within 14 days.

Discount taken against returned items.
I have shopped with this company for many years. I recently received a voucher for £15 if I spent £25. I ordered 4 items, in 2 sizes, as the fit is not always good. I kept one size and sent the others back. When I received my statement, they had taken £15 off of all items.so I only received £7.50 discount. I wrote to them, about the mistake. They said the discount is against all order, regardless if any items are returned. I think this is wrong, and won't be buying anything else from them. BEWARE; if you are ordering, and have a discount, it goes against any item you send back too.

Disproportionate costs to other mail order companies. Most offer free returns after initial delivery paid. I have not returned an unsuitable item and will be selling it on. Also very unsure about ordering in future if uncertain of size choice
