Dalander 

The shoes did not fit. When contacting company for return, I was told I would get $8 for my $50 purchase, unless I wanted to send them back to China (on my own dime!) and they would "review" it. Unbelievable! DO NOT BUY FROM DALLADER.

Absolute rubbish, after waiting for 2 weeks I finally received my order from Dalander and they are absolutely crap. Not the style or even the size I wanted. They take your money and send you some random stuff

Fraudulent Ads. Terrible Product. Pleather, not leather. Size is too Small. Poor tracking. Shows boots went to Wyoming, I'm in Ohio. When boots finally arrived, the boots were poor quality and too small- barely fit my USA 10.5. A refund was requested and their latest offer is $12 refund, and I can keep the boot that I can't wear. Order 00095297. They should be banned from selling on FB and from PayPal payments. Nightmare began 7/5/2024 and continues to this post of 7/27/2024. I want my money back. AVAST shows their website is "Suspicious website detected....appears to be a scam: email-track.shoplazza.com"

Junk cheap rubbish ! Ordered with a hard toe has no hard toe ! Pulled up on the shoe lasses and broke the tabs ! Warning ! Avoid like the plague!

Bunch of Crappy shoes. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. When asking for a full refund. They send me a response saying that they will refund me 3 dollars.. B S company. Facebook, Instagram and all other sites should not allow them to advertise their PIECES OF CRAP merchandise ..

Do not buy from this "company". I ordered a pair of 9 1/2 shoes and received a size 12. After contacting "customer service" they wanted a detailed description, photos, or a video of the problem. They then offered me a $3 refund and keep the shoes and give to a friend. Or I could return if I paid the shipping. Dave your money and spend it at a real store. I'm no longer going to buy anything on Facebook. You can't even report a sccam to them.

Rip off take your money send the wrong size shoes refused a refund refused to send the right size boots and it cost so much to send them back to China not worth it so much for money back guarantee not made in the USA

Do not buy from this company the quality it sure looks good. It's not and when you have a problem they take you three pages into their website that shows return policy. When I asked if it was made in the United States they said yes was shipped from an address in California but the return has got to go to chia cheng China The cost to ship it back was $211. I paid $49.00 for the shoe on sale and 6.99 Shipping. I ordered my size 13 and 1/2 us which should have been number 48.5 their size. Size they ship me and number 47 their size. I've sent them pictures of the show an the size clearly not the size I ordered. and they want me to pay the return of $211. Buyer beware.

If there was a no star rating I would give them no stars. There service really is bad and they have tried to give me 3 dollars back on a $ 40 shoe purchase. I have there real names in China and address. I cannot believe in their total ignorance for customer service

I bought shoes from this company and they do not fit asked for refund and they offered me $3 and suggest I give the shoes to someone who they may fit. I would not recommend buying from this company. by the way their website says free returns this is false advertising.

They sent me wrong size boots. Extremely too small. Flimsy junk. They will not do a return. Offered me $3 and told me to give them to a family member as a gift. Totally a scam company selling junk Chinese shoes. Do not do business with this company unless you want to throw your money away.

Ordered size 12 wide, my normal size. Could not even get them on. Insoles were very narrow and paper thin. When I complained to Dallader and said I wanted to return them for a refund, it went downhill from there. First they offered me $3:00 if I would keep the shoes. Next email went up to $5:00. Why would I want to keep shoes that do not fit? Next offer gave me two choices. Accept $10.00 or they will give me full credit if I ship the shoes to China, at my expense. I took the 10.00.

PS Shoes are cheap junk, no materials label. I could have accepted that since they were inexpensive, but the wrong size shoes are worthless.

My experience has been exactly like others. No returns unless you pay to ship to China. Give the "too small" product to a family member or a friend.
No one would wear these boots even if they fit.

Stay away for sure. They advertise a wide shoe but didn’t deliver. Stuck with a regular width - they suggested I give to a family member or friend or pay to ship back to China! Oh yah, I also was offered $3 refund as compensation! What a joke!!!

Stay away. They do not tell the truth. They boast of a "No hassles" return/refund policy. Totally untrue. All I got from them were hassles and an insulting offer to refund $3 on a $60+ order. Stay away. Have nothing to do with Dallader. Much better to order from Amazon which does provide an honest and true no hassle return/refund policy.
