Executive called before sending order to check - (fragile weight-weenie bottle cage). It arrived unscathed/was packed really well. As for the cage - like any lightweight bikes product, it has a limited working life. But till then, it's lighter than a lot of cages and is definitely bling (if it matches one's bike).

Pricing is mot valid on website , please improve your website pricing . After payment you cannot say it's pricing is more , so you want to buy or not . This is not good please improve .

The packaging was tampered and it looks like a refurbished product.
Import date of this is NOV 22. I'm not at all satisfied with the purchase.

I have even written a mail to Cyclop team but they are just reverting we are looking into this matter.

Don't buy this product from Cyclop.

i believe from the word go there is a professional touch in all dealings. I have a spl word for Ms Samata who is quick and fast in response.

This is the 2nd time happened same thing with me.. it was listed on website and after ordered got the mail about unavailability... Both time I ordered the same crankset...

Ur contact number is not reachable and doesn’t get accurate information about my shipment do it was late but doesn’t get any updates about the same

Selling on MRP, Actual cost is very much low, exteremly pricy than others...
