Cycle Solutions Anmeldelser

Timely, responsive service.

I cannot fault the pre-sale and delivery service. That was amazing from start to finish. However, when I received the cycle, it did not have the correct tools (it needed a star Allen key) to complete the set up. Secondly, despite being bought via a UK government dept, from a supplier in Wales, to delivery in Scotland, the charger did NOT come with a UK plug on the charging lead. I have since bought a set of Allen keys and a new charging lead from Amazon, and the bike itself is amazing. Absolutely ZERO problems or complaints otherwise

Had two lovely bikes they were helpful in helping me find the correct one for me and price matched when i found it cheaper elsewhere

Gear experience from start to finish. Staff were very helpful with answering questions and full experience was very easy. Bike arrived in perfect condition, extremely well packaged. Thank you for everything.

Overall, good service, but It took over a week to deliver the bike

Extremely happy with the service and quick turn around time from selecting my bike on the website to getting it approved and delivered to my house.

I found the whole purchase process easy and the service from the team at Cycle Solutions was first class. They supported me with getting the order delivered within a week, and were very friendly over the phone. This speedy service was helped by my employer's fast response and my order which was in stock and available, but nevertheless a fantastic experience and I will definitely shop again with Cycle Solutions.

First Class, CS phoned to arrange suitable delivery and also clarified part of my order which I had incorrectly selected an item, this was cleared up and prevented me having to return any items. Really happy with the service and of course my Bike !

I received regular updates on the progress of my order and when it would be delivered.
The bike and my other items all came well packed and ready to get me riding. All I had to do was turn the handlebars and put my pedals on
