Friendly at first, but unreliable on communication
Based on an introductory phone call, my first impression of Cutlab was quite friendly and optimistic. During the following weeks however they ignored our company's repetitive attempts to get in touch. This forced our initial verbal agreements to a stand still. To this day I still don't know why. After the incidence I figured their unresponsiveness was odd considering our initial exchange of ideas and plans, but made no further deal out of it.
Some months later we had a new project coming up and once again I managed to get in contact with them. Unfortunately the negative experience repeated itself. -A positive introduction talk about how we could do business together, followed by silence. Naturally it closed this case as well.
We never reached the point involving contracts or exchange of money in either of the two incidents.
