Customplugs has been my go to place for plugs and tunnels for my entire stretching journey. I am currently at 14mm and there's no other place I'd rather go to. Over the past few years it has taken me to get to this size, I have always ordered from Customplugs. Delivery has been fast, jewellery is top quality, and I've always received little bonuses in my orders such as stickers or the occasional voucher. Prices are great and they have a couple of different promotional sales throughout the year. This review was never prompted; just a serious thank you for the service they have offered throughout the years, and still continue to offer to this day.

I liked the plugs that I ordered but what makes this experience negative for me is that the delivery times that they promised were very much ignored. Dont make promises you cant keep. Also customer service is very slow with their responses. Wont order there again.

I haven't ordered much form this business but every item I've bought I've been extremely satisfied with, everything delivers quickly and the products are high quality and unique. This business is definitely one of my top shops for piercing jewelry

I’ve recently purchased the bone nipple bars off custom plugs and despite me never having issues with anything I’ve ever purchased off the website before (been using custom plugs for many many years for plugs) I can’t believe the terrible quality of them. I was really looking forward to them arriving but the metal and quality of the nipple rings are not what I expected or wanted at all, other nipple bars I have had in the exact same length and thickness as it says these are on the website fit me perfectly where as these are thin and are way too long, the threadless end don’t feel like they would stay in either so I have had to remove them as I’m scared they would fall out. I love custom plugs but this is so disappointing considering I spent nearly £38 on something I can’t wear.

The absolute best company I've ever dealt with! Super kind and fast costumer service, they took my special request with such an ease and the delivery was fast even though I live in northern Sweden. I'm amazed! If I could give them more stars I would!

I love Custom Plugs, whenever I order just the right thing arrives and they are always so kind and helpful. The picks are always amazing quality and you can trully never go wrong.

Firstly the jewellery is absolutely stunning, high quality pieces.

When my order arrived it was the wrong piece so I emailed to send them back for an item swap. I was instantly replied back to with such a warm, understanding staff member. Explaining to me that they would immediately send my original order for free and let me keep the wrong items due to “this was our fault” and as a “thank you for understanding”

Custom plugs refuse de me rembourser les frais de douane alors que de nombreuses sociétés sur le Web accepte de le faire.
Pour un achat de tunnels en soi disant onyx noir à 28 euros la paire, j'ai été obligé de payer 19 euros de frais de port et taxes de douanes.
Et si le produit ne me convient pas les frais de port seront aussi à ma charge.

Genuinely the best place to buy plugs! I've bought 10+ pairs over the last couple years and they've exceeded expectations every time. They are great quality and look amazing, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Their customer service is wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. If you buy from here you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Customer service. Ive bought a few pairs of glass and stone plugs ive absolutely loved, so when they've brought out new stuff, ive purchased some silicone for everyday wear. Had a reaction to them for reasons unknown which left me with a ballooned ear and on antibiotics. Me and them suspect ive had a unusual reaction to something in the silicone as this is the first ive bought from this company. Unsure whether to say anything but I did email and let them know what had happened. The responded really quickly apologising and wishing a quick recovery and offered to send me 2 pairs of plugs as replacement and even sent a link to glass plugs in my size, as glass plugs are good for sensitive ears and hypoallergenic.
Extremely happy with the quick reply, resolution and advice for future plug use. Thank you very much, will definitely continue purchasing :))
