Definitely would recommend Custom Lux! Our company was in a pinch, and Pat went to great lengths to ensure we could find a quick solution for some higher-end devices made for ML processing. The initial issue was resolved and as such we didn't end-up purchasing, but the interaction was a pleasant experience. Pat was very professional and fast to communicate, spoke with one of our engineers long after business hours where he provided professional knowledge to ensure we found the best solution, and was willing to work with our tight time constraint. He knows his stuff and you can feel his passion for what he does through his interactions.

My order had a little bit of trouble with payment as one of the pay methods trapped the funds in limbo Pat was very helpful and we worked together to eventually resolve the issue and from there on the build was finished fast and received the build within 2 weeks! The PC works great and was everything I could of hoped for, despite to the unfortunate start, I would definitely recommend Custom Lux to any potential buyer

I have been trading from a laptop for a while now and was looking for a more permanent solution. I purchased the Wolf of Wall Street and could not be happier with the purchase. It allows me to execute trades quickly and has plenty of "horsepower" when running up to 6 real-time programs simultaneously. On top of this it looks great and Pat was awesome, he even took my call on a Saturday evening when I had a question. Great computer and even better customer service!

I was in the market for a new computer for day trading. CustomLuxPCs was extremely responsive and helpful when I had a Microsoft issue with my laptop. This was not a laptop issue so technically they didnt have to help me. I spend hours on a Microsoft chat and then more hours on the phone without any solutions. CustomLuxPCs went over and beyond to help me and get my laptop working again. Highly recommend it to anyone who values customer service and the overall experience, not something you see these days.

Everything was great from start to finish.

Custom Lux built me one of their mid-range PCs for gaming, trading, and general work. It arrived quickly and well packed. After some initial testing, I found the GPU was under-specced from what I ordered. Pat immediately offered to make it right, and we agreed to an upgraded GPU from what I ordered. Pat walked me through swapping the cards, and talked me through hours of troubleshooting on both a Saturday evening and well after midnight on a Wednesday. We actually discovered the RAM was faulty, and again Pat immediately made it right. Once we had that sorted, my PC booted right up and was running even better than before. I am stoked on my purchase, and I now have an awesome, future-proof machine to work on for years to come.
