We have a week to go before collecting our Curtabemdoodle but I wanted to give to review in respect of the experience we have had up to this point. Sam, Becky and the team have been amazing. Even before the puppies were born, both Sam and Becky answered my many questions, were so reassuring and made sure we were on the list for the right litter for us. Since the puppies have been born, we have been kept up to date with many zooms, visits, photos and videos and they still always have time to reassure, offer advice and answer questions. It is clear that that there is so much knowledge within this team about caring for puppies, their development, diet and training and the zoom meetings have been so informative- I feel completely prepared. My very favourite thing about Curtabemdoodles is that they choose the right puppy for the right family- they put so much attention into getting to know their families and their puppies and this is a real bonus for me ( the wait to find out which one was ours was so exciting!) Thank you Sam, Becky and team for making this such an exciting and fun time for us! We can’t wait to have him home with us!

Edited… our little man is wonderful! He has had the most amazing start to his life with a lovely attentive mum (Rain) and an incredible team around him. We haven’t had any accidents in the house and we haven’t had any crying at night. We have carefully followed the plan provided by Sam and it really has worked so far. The vet was super impressed by both the puppy and the puppy pack. I learned so much through the clicker training zoom and Sam is always available for questions.
We are absolutely head over heels in love- he is full of character and has settled in perfectly.

You hear so many stories about fake puppy breeders, that I spent quite some time searching the internet for what I assumed was a professional breeder. Well, talk about come up trumps with Curtabemdoodles. Everything you read on their website is true, and more. You could think that breeding puppies is easy money. From the service I have received from Sam & Becky this is far from the case, it seems a 24/7 job. The time and care they put into everything they do is obvious from the service they provide and their beautiful puppies. Every time I walk my, now 6 month old Curtabemdoodle puppy, I get comments like 'he's absolutely stunning', 'what a happy dog', 'what beautiful/amazing colouring' & even 'he looks like he should be in a Disney film' !! I bumped into a lad this morning (he must have been about 23 years old) who asked if he could 'say hello' to my puppy. Just before we parted company he told me how he had been having an awful day and that meeting my puppy had just made his day for him. He walked off beaming from ear to ear - how lovely !

After doing my own research on another doodle dog to join our family, I stumbled across the Bernedoodle. After discovering Curtabemdoodles and filling out the extensive application form, I was called by Sam where she gave me honest and extensive advice and information on the breed. We made the decision to go on the waiting list and was paired with our beautiful girl. We honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the journey we are on, both before, during and after getting our pooch. We are part of the curtabem family and we always have support on any aspects, both positive and negative and I know this will carry on into the future. Mable Blue is the sweetest, funniest, gentlest pup we could have wished for, it feels like she has always been part of our family.

Of course the dogs are extremely cute but the service we received has and still is amazing. Curtabemdoodles truly care about the dogs and who they place each puppy with. Our daughter was extremely nervous of dogs which is the main reason we chose Curtabemdoodles as they really take the time to learn about your family and what you want/need from your puppy/dog. The outcome has been amazing and our puppy has just slotted into our lives (give or take a few sleepless nights!).

I signed up to the bernedoodle waiting list in 2021 after having done extensive research on the right breed and breeder for us.
After completing the form we received a call from Curtabemdoodles. Becky really took her time answering all our questions, etc- the phone call lasted almost an hour! We had very specific requests in terms of colour, size and temperament and in May 2023 I received a phone call to say that Sam had the perfect litter for us. From then on she kept us informed regularly on puppies ' development, videos, pictures etc.
There were zoom calls informing us on everything from grooming to enrichment, etc.
Sam matches the puppies to the family which we felt quite anxious about but our dog really is the perfect match.

We are first time dog owners and signed puppy up for imprinting. He learned "sit, stay, heel and down" which, at 4 months, he is following perfectly. Again, Becky sent us regular updates/videos/Tips.

I couldn't recommend Curtabemdoodles enough and wouldn't hesitate to buy another puppy from Sam (including imprinting from Becky!)

In my opinion the best breeder and trainer in the UK. Just had our puppy home last weekend but the relationship with Curtabemdoodles started over four months ago. From start to finish they have been fantastic. They go above and beyond in ensuring that you get the right breed for you, talking you through all the considerations such as size and behaviours. As we live overseas our puppy stayed with Curtabemdoodles for 16 weeks. In that time I received regular updates, photos and zoom calls about different aspects of his development. Their imprinting programme is comprehensive and I would strongly recommend it. My puppy arrived home toilet and crate trained along with other basic commands. It has made the transition to our home very very easy. Finally, Curtabemdoodles managed the export of our puppy with professionalism and expertise but also with compassion. The personal touch they provide is wonderful. Becky even drove our puppy from Devon to meet us at Heathrow airport. I cannot recommend Curtabemdoodles enough. Bringing a puppy into your family is a huge commitment and I am so grateful for their support throughout this process.

experience when applying and bringing home our gorgeous Willow. There is so much care and attention given to ensuring that the puppy will be best suited to your family and the family to the puppy. They have extremely high standards of care and want to ensure that their puppies are happy, healthy and well rounded. We were able to visit our pup as often as we liked, met Mum, Dad and maternal grandparents! They follow an enrichment programme for all their pups and we chose their additional imprinting programme which consolidated this and added crate/toilet training/basic commands. We felt so confident in their extremely capable hands. We’re part of the Curtabemdoodles family for life, Sam and Becky love updates on their pups in their new homes.

I can honestly say you won’t find a better breeder than Curtabemdoodles. They are everything you hope for when looking to add a dog to your family. I cannot sing their praises enough and they deserve to be recognised amongst a host of other breeders. 1) they put their money where their mouth is - they are knowledgeable about the process, involved heavily with every facet of rearing a healthy well adjusted puppy so that they come to you with the best habits already worked in, 2) they make themselves available for all the questions a nervous dog parent might have 3) they involve you in the process with updates and videos 4) they are genuine in their love for the dogs, it shines through in everything they do 5) they provide a fantastic starting lifestyle for the dogs to come to you well adjusted, healthy and confident 6) they put the dogs first such that it feels more like a family than a business. 7) they are honest with you about what you need. Asking careful questions about your lifestyle/ family size and the kinds of activities you want to do with your dog and from there they help you come to an informed decision about the type of dog that is not only best for you but such that it ensures the dog goes to the right home - this is just one example of the tremendous care and attention to detail they take. I can honestly say that this was the best choice in breeder I could ever have made. Sam and Becky are truly wonderful and deserving of the highest of accolades. I wish there was more I could do to sing their praises. My River is the light of my life and that wouldn’t have happened if not for the amazing Curtabemdoodles

While it would be easy to go into how amazingly cute our new fluff bundle is, what we found most pleasant was the level of care, clear and obvious concern for the well being of the dogs, and a structured pragmatic approach to what can be a rather emotionally charged time. We were provided guidance, schedules and simple transition plans to have a calm puppy delivery experience. The team are dedicated and amazingly nice. We still had our hiccoughs (watch your training treat sizes!) but reached out and found help immediately. It sounds like we are new to pet ownership with this but we already have a dog and they helped us get through the puppy experience without a hitch 11 years since the last one. Great team, beautiful dogs, caring environment.

This company provided an excellently bred puppy. The puppy is amazing and all dealings with the company were easy and uncomplicated.

Couldn’t have had a better experience! We got our first ever dog from Curtabemdoodles. Sam and Becky would be there to answer questions along our journey to getting a puppy, they would send regular updates and pictures of the litter and are even there to answer questions almost a year on. Mollie (our golden mountain doodle) is an absolute dream, best decision ever.

It's 3years + since I first found Sam, Becky & Curtenbendoodles and I have felt part of the family until today. Our beautiful and amazing Alice ( Ayrea & Coulson) is a perfect example of the care & experience they bring to each puppy in all of their litters. They have the highest standards of nutrition & enrichment from the very start, they are helpful, always there for queries and open to be visited. I am always proud to speak of Curtenbendoodles whenever Alice is complimented on her calm & loving nature as well as her front page beauty!! .... which is often!!

I have researched and looked for the most reputable breeder for a new addition to our family for such a long time. Curtabemdoodles are the winners by far. The entire experience from the application stage all the way to having our puppy in our arms has been exceptional. Curtabemdoodles love their dogs and puppies and give them a lovely spacious home to live and grow up in. A proper family environment to thrive in.

We joined the Curtabem family the beginning of 2022, and have since become very proud owners of a puppy from Reagan and Bleddyns litter. The experience from start to finish has been exceptional. Initially I was a little apprehensive over the idea that the puppy is chosen for you, it’s so different to what most breeders do, and having only ever experienced being able to choose my puppy from a litter, the idea of meeting the puppies and not being able to pick felt so strange. I had so many worries, myself and my daughter had already fallen in love with a specific puppy, and the idea that he wasn’t going to be the one suited to our family was making the final part of the journey unbearable. However Sam was absolutely brilliant, so understanding and reassuring, she was open and honest, we were told that we didn’t have the puppy we had set our hearts on, she explained why and suggested we arranged a Face Time with our chosen puppy before the Puppy Party to settle any worries we had. He was stunning, we fell in love immediately, and haven’t looked back, not once. My advice to anyone joining the Curtabem Family and feeling the same apprehension is to just trust the process. It really is worth it, Sam is so experienced in this, and she picked us the perfect puppy for our family, he’s exactly as she said he would be, he’s been the most wonderful addition, our older dog has taken to him with no issues and I truly believe it’s because Sam picked us a puppy with the right temperament. Im so glad I trusted her and I’m forever grateful to her for her patience and reassurance. I would highly recommend Curtabemdoodles, the entire process has been incredible, from the pregnancy updates, videos, photos, meeting the puppies, the puppy party, and then the final handover where you get to collect your puppy has not only been faultless but so enjoyable. Curtabem really is a family, nearly 7 months on and the WhatsApp group for our litter is still going strong and Sam is always there for great advice and guidance. Cannot imagine choosing a puppy any other way.

Sam took the time to understand my husbands allergy to certain types of dogs, was very keen to understand our previous experience with dogs, etc. Throughout the process it’s felt like uniting the right puppy with the right family were her first and only priority.

Our puppy settled so quickly and is an amazing companion to our two young children. He has an amazing nature and has settled from day one as a result of the crate training and recommended plan. Support with questions has continued since we’ve had Barkley home.
