We’re quite happy with the car and the Sale team doing the Sale. However, the handover team doing the explanation on the car and it’s various functions could be better. It’s all a bit of a rush as it’s difficult for my husband in his early eighties to take it all in. I’m aware one can refer to the handbook, however it would be much appreciated if a little more time is spent with the orientation of the car.

Purchase in February 2024
I purchased a car in February 2024. Despite repeated requests I still have not received a final invoice to confirm that I have paid in full.
There was no service book with the car and I am still awaiting a completed one (I am assured that Currie Motors did all the serving and can, therefore, fill the book in retrospectively).
I am still awaiting roof bars that I paid for at the time of purchase and still haven’t been advised of a delivery date.

Customer service is exceptional.Staff member of Lexus Twickenham Manaal Pasha who sold me the car is very professional, she listened to my requirements over the phone made an appointment when I arrived at Lexus Twickenham Manaal showed me few cars matching my requirements. Manaal is customer oriented and deliverys and sticks to her words as promised, even David Eagell branch manager is knowledgeable, a gentleman and true to his words. I am willing to go back to Lexus Twickenham again.

No Insurance despite 10yrs No Claims
Was denied insurance on a rental due to my occupation, despite having 10 years no claims. Working a full time job in London. No reasonable explanation offered as to why it was denied. Disgusting.

My experience at Toyota Great West Road…
My experience at Toyota Great West Road couldn’t have been more pleasant if they tried. I’ve felt with them a few times but this time to be My first brand new car I have bought and Mahdi listen to what I wanted and got the car of my dreams spot on. I didn’t even have to wait on delivery felt that I blinked and before I knew it I was driving away in my new car. Mahdi, even gave enough time to show me how the car works and all of its gadgets. Hopefully it will be many years until i need a new car again but in saying that I’ll be right back at Toyota Great West Road for my next for sure. Thank you

Who ever buys a car out of Currie…
Who ever buys a car out of Currie motors Twickenham, he’s got their head tested I bought a Toyota pro ace from them. I’ve paid £29,000 I got it home next day. I tried to go to sort it. It would’ve thought I had to call the Aa out. The battery went flat just stop and start don’t work. I’ve got a problem with the DPF and 18 other things wrong with the vehicle. They reckon they use service state and fit. She did the salesman Callum, he promises of the world when things go wrong. He is a liar eat. He says he didn’t say any think of that kind so they give you three months warranty on this but because I bought a new Christmas they said I could take it to any Toyota and the nearest booking I could get was January 4 they had for nine days and Twickham wouldn’t give him the go-ahead to do the work. They said I had to bring it back to them. So the nearest booking I’ll cook it in Twickenham was February the 6 so I took it to there on the 6th of February and they said they can’t do none of the work because I have done too much mileage in it so if anybody could what I can do now I could go on and on and Bad service and there’s supposed to be nice people to do business with they should be closed down, absolutely disgusting and everything was recorded on their phones for quality purpose Spoke to the manager, Nathan Jones, you might as well speak to a piece of wood

Everything was taken care of as…
Everything was taken care of as efficiently as possible. Just have to go back one of these days as the internet (?) programming has to be done again after the car was not used for a month. The engine was dead but AA came on the same day to restart the engine but the car has yet to be reprogrammed.
