Scammy and I will never order from this vendor again

I placed an order on 2/19 for a wig. Got order confirmation email and Shop app notification About a week passed by and I never got shipping confirmation. I ended up changing my mind on the wig I wanted and emailed them to just cancel it. I get an email back saying that package was actually delivered the day before to the mailroom in apartment with picture it was stacked on the floor with other packages. There is a literally a sign that says only USPS is allowed to deliver packages to the mailroom and all other companies need to use the parcel lockers outside.

Anyways, I didn’t even get notified the package was shipped, yet alone delivered. It’s been like 36 hours since the package was delivered when I check the mailroom and it’s been cleared out of all packages. I do my due diligence and ask my leasing office next day if they moved these and they say they did not and they don’t have my package. So I will let CurlyMe know that it the delivery driver just left my package in the middle of the mailroom and anyone could have grabbed it. Or the driver could have taken a picture and left, no way for me to know since there’s no cameras in the mailroom. They tell me to open case with logistics company who just say the order was marked as delivered and there is picture so there’s nothing they can do. Mind you, on the screenshot I got from vendor, it says signature was required but I obviously didn't sign anything. Curlyme says they won’t take responsibility because delivery company has proof of delivery. However, their policy says that signature is required but they didn’t follow it, just taking picture as proof.

Curlyme then says they can only offer big discount for me to order replacement but when I attempted to do using the code provided, it just processed as same price originally paid- complete joke. I will add that I ordered a wig from a different vendor around same time that used same delivery company Veho and it was delivered securely to parcel lockers with no issue and I got tracking info and everything.

This vendor does not follow their own policies and I would order elsewhere.

This wig started off beautiful, no bad smell, and Full. Now every time i brush it. I have big chunks of hair coming out thinning the wig. Imma need to buy another track or two to make it full as it once was.

Would recommend hd lace is really good quality and there curly and straight wigs are great. Ordered quite a few times would recommend.

Just got the crotchet hair today! I’m super excited to install it to create the viral miracle knots! First thing when I opened one the packs, I noticed that it didn’t have that weird chemical smell like most bundles from other companies, it literally smells like perfume! LOVE LOVE LOVE THAT!

CurlyMe is my go to hair site. Their wigs can be trusted 100%!!! I’ve been buying their products since 2023, and I’ve never gone back to any other company since. Recently I ordered their new layered wig in February. It’s April now and my hair is still going strong! It’s so cute, all I did was add a few extra wand curls.

I ordered a curly wig from CurlyMe Hair and I’m honestly impressed with the quality. The curls are very pretty and the hair feels soft and natural. The wig is easy to install and looks really full. Shipping was smooth and the customer service has been responsive as well. I would definitely recommend CurlyMe if you’re looking for good curly wigs.

I received a wig from Curlyme Hair with the clouser part of the wig unfinished ( the wig arrived with a hole in the middle located in the middle of the wig at the top). I sent them pictures and they asked me to keep it and try styling it to cover up the hole because it(the hole) was due to shipping. I refused to do that because nothing would cover up the hole. I REQUESTED A REFUND INSTEAD. They sent me shipping address but informed me that I would have to pay shipping myself. I was so disappointed because this is there fault and not mine and should not have to pay anything for a return.

I ordered the Burmese curl 26” bundles online and when they first came I got nervous thinking they were thin! But once I put it in I was surprised how pretty thick and beautiful it was!! I got it for my bday trip to st Vincent and needed something durable for salt water/air and travel. This was perfect! Will buy again.

Dishonest and disappointing
I ordered hair extensions on the 24th March 2026. Since then I have had repeated requests via DM to verify my address, which I’ve now done multiple times. The hair has not been shipped. I cannot contact them via email. I have not been provided with a tracking number. I feel like this company is a scam. I keep getting fobbed off with no real answers and no tracking number. I still have no tracking number and no date for when the hair will be sent. At this point I don’t think I’ll ever receive it. This has been my worst experience buying hair. I will never ever use this company again and urge people not to use it. They are dishonest. They take people’s money knowing they don’t have the products. Scammers.

I’m currently very disappointed with my experience ordering from CurlyMe Hair.

I placed my order on March 23rd, paid a significant amount for the wig, and as of now, it has still not even been shipped. Waiting this long without any movement on the order is extremely frustrating, especially considering how much I paid.

There was no clear warning about delays before purchasing. When I contacted customer service, I was only given vague explanations about orders being processed “in sequence,” with no clear timeline or proper update.

As a customer, it’s very disappointing to pay a lot of money and still have no shipping confirmation after over a week. At this point, I haven’t even received the wig yet, so I can’t comment on the product itself but the service alone has been poor.

If delays are expected, customers should be informed upfront. Based on this experience so far, I would not recommend ordering if you need your item within a reasonable timeframe.

Every time I reached out, I received vague responses like “don’t worry” instead of actual updates.

At one point, I was told my wig would be shipped the same day. The next message completely contradicted that, saying they couldn’t confirm a shipping time. I was then asked to switch to a different density wig and even pay extra, which felt unfair considering the delay was not my fault.

After pushing for answers, they finally “shipped” the order, but the tracking provided showed no carrier information and no movement—just a label created. That does not give confidence that the item has actually been sent.

What’s most concerning is that after doing more research, I noticed multiple reviews from other customers reporting similar issues—long delays, lack of transparency, and in some cases, never receiving their orders. I also noticed that negative reviews seem to be removed, which is a major red flag.

As a customer, especially someone on a fixed income, I cannot afford to have my money tied up with no clear delivery timeline. When I spend money, I expect honest communication and reliable shipping.

Overall, this experience has made me lose trust in this company. I would strongly recommend ordering from vendors that offer clear shipping timelines, accurate tracking, and better customer service.
