This experience with Teresa was wonderful! She's such a lovely woman! She invited us in her beautiful home, and we cooked pasta alla norma, fish and tiramisu. She showed us how to do the fresh pasta and the sauce and how to cook the fish. Everything was DELICIOUS, and well accompanied with the white sicilian wine she choose for this experience. I did the class with my mother and we both absolutely loved it and recommend Teresa 100%. Thank you so much for this wonderful cooking class!

Cooking class in Irene’s home was a really fun experience and one of The highlights of our trip around Sardinia. We learned how to make different kind of pasta that were used to make us an amazing dinner. The other people in The group was really friendly, and Irene made us all feel welcome! Recommend!

This evening was really amazing! The chef cooked tipical scicilien food for us and it was really good. The other guest we very friendly, we grabbed some drinks with them afterwards. There was also as much wine as we wished and the food was amazing

this is about curiosity not about boat tour company. they sell the package without consulting the bost company whether they are available or not. this is bulshit.
thankfully company somehow handle the situation with good intention.

We had the absolute best tour to the Carrara marble quarries. Everything was perfect. They arranged to have a driver pick us up at the train station to take us to the point where the tour started. They were there on time and brought us back to the train station after the tour was over. Going to the quarries was an amazing experience. If you have a choice of taking the short tour or the long tour, definitely take the long tour.

Cooking class with Lorenzo was an amazing experience. Lorenzo taught everyone from beginner cooks to more experienced. Meals were simple yet amazing

We booked Pizza-making in Naples as a last minute thing, 1.5 hours before the course was due to start. I was a little nervous on times, as they do not tell you the exact location until you have booked. That said, we arrived with minutes to spare and were welcomed by the team.
We had a lovely experience making the dough and learning about the process. We were then able to assemble pizzas and watch them cook in the authentic pizza oven before sitting down and enjoying them. It was a lovely experience - very much enjoyed by me and my 13 year old, something that we can replicate at home....once we've built a pizza oven :-).

My cooking class with Catia Gambelli in Padova was incredible! She really made the experience come alive and was very engaging. We got to take a tour of her garden from which some of the ingredients came. The people at Curioseety were very helpful with making sure I found the right experience.

Francesca was a wonderful host! We had so much fun learning to make authentic pasta together as a family. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful afternoon and evening! We started around 16.30h with a tour through Bologna with Sacha, our very charming tour guide. She gave us an excellent overview of the most important things to see and told us some funny, suprising and interesting facts about Bologna. Our pasta course started at 18.30h (Irene was so kind to postpone the course 30 min so we would have enough time to get from the center to her home where the course took place). She informed us about all detailes in time per whatsapp. The communication with her was very easy as she is good english speaker. The course was so much fun and we learned not only about pasta but also about the bolognese history. I recommend the experience to everyone who wants to have a look behind the scenes of "touristy Bolognia" and bring some new gaines skills home!

We had a wonderful cooking experience - the highlight of our holiday in Lucca - spending 3 hours learning to prepare fresh pasta and then sharing the meal with our hosts, Antonietta, Piero and their friend & translator, Chris. Before dinner, Piero showed us around their smallholding, where they keep chickens, a horse & donkey and where they grow their vegetables. We will enjoy putting the skills that Antonetta showed us to good use at home. Truly a magical experience in the company of a lovely Italian family.

I had an incredible experience with Curioseety when visiting Palermo, with a local tour they guided us through the best historical monuments and tasted what you shouldn’t miss of this city. It has been very easy to book it and everything was planned as detailed on Curioseety website. Their guide, young guy from Palermo treated us nicely and spent more time than expected. Absolutely recommendable, I can’t wait to reserve my next experience with Curioseety.

When you pay Euro 500.00 for a 2 hour boat tour, you expect a cold drink, a can of beer, a cheap prosecco, or a soft drink at least at some point. Or even offer them at cost. Obviously everyone is gonna pay a high end restaurant menu price for anything on board.

Moreover, there was a terrible thing with the boating jetty. There are no toilets in these small boats of course, fine. You are on a jetty where there are facilities, management office, crew mess area, etc. When we asked the location of the toilets, first they said there is no toilet. When I laughed and argued, they said it was broken for the last 3 days and there was no water. Again challenged and asked what they do for the last 3 days. He gave an address where we had to walk for 15 minutes one direction for a public toilet. Luckily we had arrived the jetty 30-40 min in advance. This is something unacceptable and the organizers should stop working with this jetty and boat company.

In short, Como is commercialized a lot and the quality of these kind of activities are going down really fast since everyone is paying any bucks for anything in Como. But there is a limit and this company definitely should be avoided unless you wanna spend 100s of euros and feel disappointed and cheated on your holiday.

What a night. What started as a lesson in making the freshest tomato sauce and Orecchiette pasta turned into a multicourse meal with delicious Italian favorites and wonderful conversation. We left Christiana’s home full, happy, and grateful for such a unique and wonderful experience in Bari.

This company canceled a scheduled tour at midnight by e-mail hours before it was scheduled — no explanation, no recourse, no response. Beware of this company! They left me hours before my tour with no other alternative in the middle of tourist season. No other tours available at such late notice. Horrible company!

My adult daughter and I attended this class on the morning of June 4, 2022. Our experience with lovely couple Andrea and Milvia was one of the most authentic and memorable of all of our trip to Italy. Their hospitality was second only to the incredibly delicious food we made and then ate together.

When we arrived, we weren’t sure we were in the right place because we didn’t realize the class took place in their apartment home. They literally opened their door and welcomed our little group right into their lives. There were 7 of us in the group (I think max is 8) and even the adorable 8 year old girl in our group was able to enjoy the process.

Since returning to the States, I have used their blog and the skills in the class that to put on a replica meal of the lunch that we made and shared in Rome. I did my best to imitate both the spinach and salami fillers for the ravioli and the tortellini. I also both rolled by hand and use the machine for fettuccine and tagliatelle. And I used Milvia‘s ragout recipe for the tagliatelle. I served it to my friends with a side of cantaloupe and prosciutto and some Caprese salad. It was an absolute success and it tasted almost as good as it did when we were at their house.

Milvia and Andrea, many thanks again to you both for allowing us into your culture and especially into your home. That was very special.
