I received my drum today. I had the same bait and switch experience. I ordered the upgraded version of the 12 by 7 inch drum in blue with 13 notes. It was pictured with a wrap and zipper bag. I received a 6 inch by 2.5 inch baby blue drum with 8 notes. I'm very disappointed. I have emailed the company and will update my review if and when I hear back from the company.

Item received was not at all as advertised. Advertised as a 40x40 drum with a burlap wrap and indigo blue. The advertisement claims a 100% guarantee. What was received was a 17 cm baby blue drum with no wrap. I issued a complaint with their customer service who offered a 15% refund or I could send it back at my own expense to China for $20 and they would issue a full refund. I told them I would accept no less than 50% refund (we will give it to a child to play with) but they refused. I have initiated an official complaint with PayPal which is how I paid for the item. Do not engage with this company on any level!!!

Be aware about Cupami drum. What you pay is not what you get. It happened to me ame l'any, many people. I received the small blue drum, awfull sound, when I payed for the big black drum. Customer service does not offer any solution. No change, no refund. Just a ridiculus discount and the obligation to keep the little useless article they sent. DO NOT BUY, IT IS A SCAM!!

This is a scam company that do not provide what you order. They refuse to supply the correct item and offer a pittance in compensation. So angry. The item was received was smaller with a few tones and a broken drum stick. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company. The healing drum they send is nothing like the advert.Probably worth less than. £10. I complained and was offered 10% off. I was not happy with this so they then offered 15% off. Absolutely unaccepable!! This is such a scam..it must be illegal

I ordered 2. One for me and one for a friend. The first came and it was a 6 tone plastic tin drum about 6 inches. The second was an 8 tone rubber tin drum. Both with no extras like they advertise and scratched. When contacting them via email they said that I had never ordered from them. I said to the bank that i dont recognise these buys and got my money back after 3 months and recycled the drums. DONT BUY FROM THEM SCAMMERS BTW the dont even have a contact form in their site just a send email here: blabla@,,,,

Wow! I just wanted to THANK all of you for reviewing your experience!! I was going to order a drum but saw there was no contact number. I am always leery and usually won't buy anything unless there is a legitimate contact phone number bc it's usually a scam! Thanks again!! Reprehensible!

How do we get these guys shut down....who do we report them too ?
I had exactly the same experience with the hanging drum as reported by others here.
These people are Facebook scam artists.

Again....does not deserve 1 Star. As many have reported they are scammers. I too ordered the better quality Hang Drum and received a miniature version that was a kids toy. Do not buy from these people
They would not send the correct item nor accept returns. Received a 15% credit after complaining multiple times

Like the others here, I ordered a black copper 14" diameter hang drum with 14 notes and received a blue 5" toy with 8 keys. I have corresponded with their customer service agent 4 times and have been told they cannot resend the item (so I'm not going to get what I ordered) but they'll give me a small credit. I have filed a dispute on the $70 charge to my credit card. Avoid this company. It's a scam and fraudulent. Such a disappointment.

Do not purchase their merchandise! You will not receive the actual item you ordered! They will offer you a 10 percent discount and what you will receive is junk!
I ordered the upgraded Healing drum which should have been 16 inches in diameter with 14 keys. Their pictures show an attractive music instrument. You will receive a 6 inch diameter device with 8 keys that has no tonal quality what-so-ever. It sounds like a soup can being hit by a stick.
I would not recommend any item they sell, they are not legitimate!

I PURCHASED THIS ''HEALING DRUM'' AND THEY SENT ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEM. I THEN EMAILED THE PAGES SUPPORT TEAM AND THEY STATED THEY NOTICED THAT THE ADVERTISEMENT WAS MISLEADING. I emailed and asked for a refund or the correct item to be sent to me and they offered me a 10% refund. I paid $69.98USD. This is a complete SCAM! These people are well aware of the false advisement!! I can now see that many people have reported the same issue. Super disheartened by this as the world is going through a tough time already and these people are happy to scam and take money off people looking for some light in this world. Disgusting!!!!

For anyone thinking of buying the hang drum advertised on the Cupami web site - just be advised that what you are being shown in the photos and the video is NOT what you will receive - the dimensions are also TOTALLY wrong. I have now been trying for several days to explain to the customer service line that their advert breaks trading standard regulations ( I'm simply asking them to send the item I purchased in good faith) but instead I am being offered tiny little discounts on this very inferior item I have been sent. If it was possible to give less than 1 star I surely would,
If you have any intention of buying this item please be aware, you will receive the very small drum that features in one single photo and NOT the item you are led to believe you are buying from the multiple photos, video or dimensions. I have tried to resolve this in a professional manner but I'm being very obviously fobbed off and don't want others to go through the same.
