We have just received our order from Cuchulainn work wear. Order process was seamless from start to finish, order was created and dispatched in great time. All the staff are happy with quality and fitting.

I just received my Cuchulainn order and I am really happy with it. The quality of the clothing is fantastic and our logo looks great. I was uncertain about ordering sizes for different people but I was advised that the clothing is regular fit and true to size and this is definitely the case, no sizing issues at all. The order was delivered within the timeframe that I was given when placing the order and I received excellent customer service throughout the process. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be recommending Cuchulainn to everyone!

We have been ordering workwear from Cuchulainn for years. We have always found the customer service excellent, they really go above and beyond to help with any queries we have had. The quality of the clothes is second to none and their prices are really competitive. I can't understand the few negative reviews here as we have always had a really positive experience, hence why we have reordered as many times as we have. Keep up the good work! When I ordered my samples they took 3 weeks to arrive. Whilst I was waiting for them to arrive I tried to contact them and had no luck. It was on the day before my samples arrived that I finally got a call back. I would have appreciated a call or email to say that the samples were not in stock just so i wasnt waiting. Terrible customer service. Won't be going back.

Have been dealing with Cuchulainn Workwear for a good few years and level of service has been great and deliveries have been spot on. Just received my 6th order on Friday and want to thank George for the great service. Will be back for more.

Waiting too long for items to be delivered! Will not be ordering anything from this company again.

I had an excellent experience with customer service. My order was prepared promptly, and Jamie reached out to help lower the cost since I was ordering in bulk. The communication was great throughout the entire process, and my items arrived on time and in fantastic quality. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer!

Can’t fault the quality of regatta gear, they fit well and they last.
Almost 2 months for delivery of winter jackets isn’t acceptable in my opinion, it’s march now… they’ll be going into storage for next year a this stage.
I’ve bought twice and the first time there apparently was a fire and second time storm damage to the warehouse. Likely won’t be using these again

Waiting since December for an order, no one answering emails or phone calls - possible scam?

Stay well clear of this company. Waiting since before Christmas for our order. Still no sign of our small order which they insist on paying for first.

I placed an order two months ago and have received no updates on when it would be delivered, except when I reached out to inquire. Each time, I was given vague responses, with promises to check on the delivery date, but nothing concrete.

Last week, I was told it would be shipped on Friday. Then today, I was informed it had been sent yesterday. However, I’ve just received an email stating it was only collected from the location moments ago.

This is a complete lack of respect for the customer.

Terrible quality and the customer service is shocking. Months later i'm still waiting on workwear,
First delivery came with logos not straight, damaged etc. sent them back and still waiting for replacement.
