I honestly cannot recommend this veterinary clinic and the whole team highly enough.

For over a year and a half, we have been trying to find the cause of Ella’s problem, visiting different vets and going through multiple treatments and procedures without anyone being able to properly resolve it. We travelled many miles to come here, and it was absolutely worth every single one.

The vet’s knowledge, professionalism and care were outstanding. Professor Christos Yiapanis managed to identify the problem that had been causing Ella so much trouble for such a long time and. After everything we have been through, we genuinely believe that Professor saved Ella’s life, and we will never be able to thank him enough.

The service from the very beginning was exceptional. I sent an email late at night because I was worried about Ella and received a reply almost immediately, despite the late hour. That level of care and dedication is something you simply don’t find in many places.

The lovely lady at reception also deserves a special mention. She has been so kind, welcoming, helpful and caring throughout the whole experience, and made an incredibly stressful time so much easier for us.

From the first contact to Ella’s treatment and aftercare, the level of professionalism, compassion and service has been amazing. We travelled a long way looking for someone who could finally help our girl, and we received the best service and care we could possibly have hoped for.

After a year and a half of worry, we finally feel like Ella has been given her life back. We will forever be grateful to this vet and the entire team. ❤️🐾

This is my first time having cats, and Martina and Stefano have been incredibly helpful from day one. Having vets you can truly count on is extremely important to me, and they have always been there when needed. I couldn’t recommend them more — they have taken excellent care of my cats every time, and I’m extremely satisfied with CTVets.

We’ve been with CTvets for 5 years now, all our dogs with CTvets have been Cypriot rescues, as with a lot of dogs from Cyprus they’re extremely nervous, it’s challenging getting them to a vets, CTvets come out to you to make it less stressful for your pets, Kate my previous Cypriot rescue was very unwell when she came over for quite some time, Martina and Stephano went above and beyond for her and did everything they possibly could. They come out for our other rescue Jade for her yearly vaccinations and anything else she may need, or if shes unwell as it’s a struggle to get her there she’s too anxious. Pepe my very recent Cypriot rescue had his dew claws removed today, he’s a very difficult dog with vets of no fault of his own but from his experience in Cyprus, Martina and Stephano did amazing with his procedure keeping him comfortable. Credit where credits due, the whole team at CTvets are amazing and compassionate, from all the vets, to reception staff, nurses, administrators, genuine lovely people who care about your lovely fur babies as if they are there own fur babies.

We really had high hopes when we joined CTvets and being Italian, I felt so proud to take our puppy, Ocean, to a business owned by a professional from my own country. Unfortunately, all our good beliefs were shuttered when, Ocean , had to have his first travel documents issued, in order to take him to see my mum in Italy. Following Martina’s promise to send us a step-by-step guide, after giving Ocean an anti-rabies injection, that was paid handsomely, together with her home visit charge, she never kept her promise, and even though we kept following up the request with their assistants Micaela and Jasmine, they kept lying to us and told that Martina would send it eventually but never did. Then we saw Stefano before travelling and he claimed that he told us what to do verbally but, a) neither myself nor my husband who was also there recalls him saying that and 4 ears can’t be better than 2,b) we never requested verbally but by email or text message, which Martina didn’t feel she could waste 2 minutes of her schedule to send it as we had spent many minutes to request that information that never arrived. To make matters worse we were stopped in France, with my husband being disabled and unable to speak, and could not travel back to the UK because we were missing vet’s stamps and had to see another vet in Paris with all the costs involved and extra payments for the stay and the travel. Once back and contacted Martina about this issue the first thing that she did, instead of apologizing, was to be defensive and rude and told us that we were all incompetent and that she had no time to send clients bullet-points because she was way too busy with other pets. Then I spoke with Stefano who only defended his wife Martina and not being objective about the mess she had created. So we left their practice and would not recommend it to anyone, if we could give them zero stars on their quality of looking after their clients, we would. They disappointed us and mostly our pet Ocean who had to have 2 lots of medications just because they were careless in providing accurate information. We were told that all we were after was a refund, which was never the case, we felt so heartbroken about how they betrayed our trust that we have decided to end our business relationship and we will be reporting them to the relevant UK and Italian veterinarian bodies for their lack of attention to details and poor client's managing skills, on top of allowing a small puppy to be given medications it did not need
