CST Training Anmeldelser

Done my SMSTS refresher with CST training, after doing the previous with knights learning. My personal opinion is CST is miles ahead. The instructor/teacher (mark Dixon) was a man with 26 years experience in construction, it was refreshing to have a teacher who ACTUALLY worked within the industry.

Lisa is a great instructor, the week was tough. She was great at presenting the course.

Fantastic service
Ready to book my next course
Dan Buckley was my tutor very helpful all way through the course highly recommend

Thanks Dan

Excellent experience with CST Training. I would like to thank the whole team for their support throughout my Level 6 NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety.

A special thank you to my tutor, Ciprian Bulzan, for his professionalism, patience, encouragement and excellent guidance throughout my studies.

I really appreciate all his help in achieving this qualification. I highly recommend CST Training!

Just finished sssts two day course and can’t fault the instructor Michael Williams absolutely brilliant thank you Michael your support and help I think the rest of the team can say the same

Had Dean Wilson as my Tutor, can not fault him, great at what he does.

The course itself is very informative.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do their SMSTS

Explanation and every day revision and mock test was good to prepare and make notes and excirces also.

I have had a very disappointing experience with CST.

I booked face-to-face SMSTS training and arranged time off work specifically to attend the course. However, just a few days before the course was due to start, I was informed that it had been cancelled because they had not received enough bookings.

I requested a refund, but the following day I contacted them again to ask whether I could switch to online training instead. Unfortunately, I was told that my refund had already been processed and that it would take around 10 days to reach my account.

After waiting more than 10 days, I still had not received my money. When I contacted CST again, they advised me to check with my bank. I contacted my bank, only to be told that CST had requested the refund to be stopped.

This is extremely frustrating and shows a serious lack of communication and organisation. They have wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and, most importantly, I have lost valuable annual leave from work because of their cancellation.

To make matters worse, I am still unsure whether or when I will receive my money back.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CST to anyone. I expected a professional service, but unfortunately, the way this situation has been handled has been very disappointing.

Good experience, material was delivered very professional and in a friendly manner
Thanks again

Very supportive throughout the journey great and attentive team.

I recently completed my Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management with Ciprian as my assessor and had a really positive experience throughout.

Ciprian was very helpful and supportive, providing clear guidance and practical advice on the evidence required. He made the whole process straightforward and was always available when I needed assistance.

I would definitely recommend Ciprian to anyone looking to complete their NVQ. Thanks again for all your help and support!

The course was well structured with the requirements for compliance clearly communicated. I found Ciprian to be very helpful and appreciate the advice given along the journey.

I had a pleasant experience with CST Training from start to finish. The course was well organised and structured.

My tutor, Alex Eades, was very supportive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the course. He explained things clearly, and always responded to my emails on time whenever I felt I needed guidance or advice. His support, knowledge, and communication made my NVQ experience flow smoothly and made the whole process pleasant.

I would highly recommend CST Training to anyone looking for a positive, smooth, and supportive learning experience.

Enjoyed every single minute of the course. Very good assessor. I would recommend to others.

CST Training have been so professional.
I had to get a last moment course done, so I rang for info and spoke to the fantastic staff on the other end that helped me out with no dramas. My tutor was Paul Harvey and he made my two day course very enjoyable, he's a funny guy too. Ive never done an online course before especially a 2 day course and will definitely do another through CST and preferably with Arv at the helm 👌
