Just booked our family cruise today with the help from Linda initially then finalised with Shannon. Very efficient, helpful and both a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend speaking to Cruise Circle if you are looking to book a cruise.

Booked fly/stay and cruise with Emma B who yet again input in extra time early morning as well as late at night to sort out our requirements for early next year, some cruises are filling up very quickly.

I booked a cruise which I thought was going to return to Southampton, but shortly after booking, I realised to my horror that it disembarked in Hamburg. It was a last-minute deal, so the likelihood of a refund was slim, but because the team at Cruise Circle could see that I had made a genuine error (and it wasn’t a case of me just changing my mind), they did everything in their power to persuade the cruise company to agree to a full refund. Joy, Kelly and Roberta all worked really hard for this outcome, and I’m absolutely blown away by everything they’ve done for me. I will definitely be booking my next cruise through them and will also encourage all of my friends and family to do the same. Thank you to all of the ladies at Cruise Circle who helped me. You got me out of a terrible hole!
Just to say also, that I would have still given them 5 stars even if they didn’t manage to get such an amazing outcome for me. The fact that they tried as hard as they did is what really matters!

Booked a Cruise only deal end Jan for June 2025 and paid deposit. Received 3 different dates of when the balance was due, 17/2, 9/3, 17/3. tried to call and pay balance 16/3(this was the final payment date with Carnival Cruises). Out of hours answer service. Rang 17/3 spoke to Jodie, yes our booking was still live and had until midnight to be paid. Well actually i can see on your booking site there are 2 rooms on exact same deck for exact same interior for way less than we paid!! theres nothing we can do about that im afraid!! Well if i dont pay the final payment my booking will automatically cancel and deposit will be kept for cancellation fee. yes thats correct. So i will just rebook it again for one of the rooms i can see available at much lower rate...jodie then very coincidentally asked me to give her a few moments while she gathered ALL of the information, and as if by Magic the rooms i was looking to rebook VANISHED from the system. and she pointed out that although the next deck up although it said "from £448" were actually the £602 i had my initial booking at. When i said i find it incredibly coincidental that the rooms have disappeared and the price in same Spa area was infact "now" the same she replied i can confirm i have definitely not done anything on my computer (despite her gathering of information taking approx 3minutes) to make those rooms disappear. A lot of debate took place about how or why thereafter, but the cancellation was confirmed by email soon after. When i subsequently spoke to an alternative booking agent inwas informed there are nonrooms available on deck 11 and proceeded to quote me for decks above and below with a confirmation email imminent. 30minutes later and approx 90mins after cancelling with Cruise Circles, my new agent called to say 3 rooms had now become available on Deck 11 exactly as i described...and guess what!!! at the price they appeared before they disappeared.

Yes Jodie, Cruise Circle ABTA P7553 subsidiary of Midland Counties Co-op and endless other travel companies, your methods WERE EXACTLY UNETHICAL. Holding rooms from me to prevent me from making a saving AFTER i had lost my Deposit also. I was accepting the consequence of that because you were now selling those exact rooms cheaper. Yet you chose not to offer myself the option of being able to rebook because you removed the rooms you knew i was after. Absolute shocking Customer Service.

We booked with Nicola who was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Nicola found the perfect package for us and tailor made the holiday to our requirements and we are looking forward to our forthcoming cruise.

AVOID CRUISE CIRCLE. I Was upsold a cruise as had no reel experience at booking. Had to pay extortionate deposit to find out after no-one else is encouraged to book this way if they know better. After, and in a google review they tried to make themselves appear clean by twisting reality to suit themselves. If anything goes wrong you WILL have difficulties with this company. . Do as you will but herd my words.

We've been dealing with Nicola and Joy for some years now, both great and they make you feel really welcome, comfortable and really looked after and always able to offer great suggestions and tips.

Booking this cruise with Roberta was amazing, it was a last minute decision and everything was sorted within 30 minutes the whole process was just so easy her experience and knowledge is a credit to this company, sadly not everything went to plan, the KLM flight had a technical fault which led to a delay so upon our return we mentioned it to Kelly in customer support and without hesitation she filed a compensation delay claim against KLM and within 48 hours they had accepted our claim and have arranged to pay £520 into our bank account. This company claim that they will not be beaten on price and service and they definitely proved that claim on this occasion. Well done Cruise Circle can’t wait to book with you again.

A first class service from an amazing team. Helen and Roberta are two staff who had amazing patience as we booked two holidays. The cruises look amazing but it is their additional extras and the attention to the details that has given the 5 stars. Private transfers, lovely hotels, private tours. Thank you all . Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on cruises.Joy especially has vast experience on cruise ships,types of cabins ,where you are travelling from and to, best price guarantee .
Talk you though what you are getting type of cabin,deposits to pay ,final payments .paperwork you need especially check your passport date is valid boarding passes for the ship.also she would like to know you have enjoyed your cruise afterwards

Just booked a cruise with Sarah at Cruise Circle. The itinerary is a bit of a dream of our starting with a stay in Venice. Sarah made the whole booking experience a pleasure. We're experienced cruisers but needed a bit of guidance with this one due to wanting to fly from our home city in the north of Scotland. Sarah not only made this possible for us but arranged pick ups at the airport and a transfer from our hotel to the port. Very impressed. I can't thank you enough for what you have done for us today. You have stuck with us since April giving quotes waiting for air lines times and prices to come in.You at one point got the times we wished for. Then they cancelled on you. But you came back fighting and got a cheaper price.
Your service is fantastic. You do a five star service. You always give value for money. You kept in touch by email and phone made sure I didn't miss you.
All the girls at cruise circle do an excellent job at what they do making the customers happy.
We always recommend CRUISE CIRCLE to everyone who say they want to go on a cruise. Don't book with anyone else they are the best.

Joy helped our family on this occasion. This is our third time working with Cruise Circle. On each occasion we have found them very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. With three generations travelling together, it was tricky to figure out what would work best for us in terms of cruise lines as well as ships. The cost of cruising has really gone up, so we wanted to be sure we chose well. Joy was always willing to fulfil each of our requests for quotes and with her years of experience could give us valuable information about the cruise lines. She was always pleasant and friendly on the phone, and she tried to understand our family's needs. She also has an excellent memory - for example, she could remember our holiday dates and other commitments to work out which cruises would fit our availability. It was a pleasure to work with her.
