My order had some issues, but all in all, they made sure that they got it fixed. I had missed something on the engraving, and the lady just said to email it. I did that 15 min after I put the order in and the engraver said it was too late. I then spoke to them when they reopened and they redid everything for me and got the package to me on time. Great quality and customer service even when things went wrong!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The items I received arrived broken and damaged. I contacted the business expecting them to make things right, but instead I was met with poor customer service and a refusal to provide a full refund.

When a company ships damaged products, the customer should not be left paying for items that arrived in unacceptable condition. Rather than taking responsibility, they offered an inadequate resolution and seemed more concerned with avoiding accountability than satisfying their customers.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Between the damaged merchandise and the unwillingness to provide a full refund, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and recommend that anyone reading this review does too!

Wonderful experience! Easy website to navigate, had the Tee Ball trophies I needed for a great price, all arrived in perfect condition wrapped individually in bubble wrap via FedEx in just one week!

I ordered in advance, paid for overnight shipping, got delay, delay, delayed, and i sent them communication via email with clear instructions because of the many delays i am no long in that area to change the address to where the event was, they did not and said they did. Another delay. Event was on the 4th and package arrived on the 5th. They emailed me back saying they did me a favor. Overnight shipping failed too many times, more like 8 days shipping. Communication failed. Be organized be better. Also their return policy is bad, 30%restock you kidding. Don't buy here. You lost my business, i want to order more, now im going to Winner's World. Thanks for trying. it was suppose to arrive 1/30, got delivered 2/5. Where is my overnight funds?
