My initial consultation and a time when I was both distressed and unsure of whether engaging a lawyer was what I wanted to do was prompt and detailed. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid Jon Ross $18,000, and in my experience, my court matter went through three adjournments with charges of $3,000 or more each time. He did not even attend some of my court appearances.

For that amount of money, I expected proper representation and meaningful progress. Instead, I feel I received very little for what I paid. I am extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services.

Excellent service, very responsive and attentive to our needs. Kept me and my mother calm throughout a stressful ordeal plus an excellent result at the end.
