All the items I have purchased have been really great quality. I ordered leggings, the northwest hoodie, the essential tee and 2 rowing suits and all have been really comfortable and look great!

Back in 2000 we began life as a kit shop and juice bar set up for local rowers in Putney. Today we're producing performance training and racing clothing for rowers, runners & general outdoor lovers across the world. Our company is founded on passion, determination and innovation. It’s derived from our heritage in rowing and it's at the heart of everything we do – in our attention to detail, our considered approach to product design and fabrics, and our genuine love of the outdoors. It’s what sparked the idea behind the brand and it’s what drives us forward – like every great athlete – to work hard and to be the best at what we do. Come take a look.

I bought what was described as Padded…
I bought what was described as Padded Ergo Shorts, however they are cycling shorts. The padding is in the completely wrong place for the Ergo, but perfect for cycling, in fact the positioning of the padding is exactly the same as my cycling shorts.

Thanks for your feedback which we will make sure is passed onto the design team.
We are sorry to learn your not happy with the ergo shorts which since launch have been really well received.
I can confirm we have received your return and refunded you, back to the card you used on payment.
Kind Regards

Great help designing and buying visors
Great experience with Crewroom procuring and personalising visors for our boat club. The team were super efficient with designs, and the final products look really good.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review.
It means a lot to the whole team to get positive feedback especially during this exceptionally busy period where many parcels, despite speedy despatch, can get held up in various depots waiting for final delivery.
Thanks again

Essential Igloo Jacket
I ordered an Essential Igloo Jacket, during the dry summer, and was looking forward to using it.
When the rain finally came, I put it on, the zip was difficult to do up but that didn’t bother me too much. After a little while being in the rain I found that water had seeped through the seams and it wasn’t particularly windproof.
I was told that the zip was why it was in the sale, which I’m willing to accept. What I’m not willing to accept is that it was advertised as wind and water proof and it actually isn’t.
I was told that I’d had it too long to return it when I’d finally had the chance to test it out. Crewroom weren’t willing to accept the item back to test what I have told them. This is a complete waste of £50 and has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Debbie,
Thanks for your feedback regarding one of the items you purchased in July. We appreciate all feedback and ensure this is collated and discussed with the design team and used when we are planning our next ranges.
As we mentioned the fabric used in the jacket is a fabric we have been using for many years across a range of our jackets and have never experienced any issues with its windproof or rainproof qualities.
We hope you were happy with the quality of your other garments you purchased and you may reconsider using the discount code provided for future purchases.
Regards

Great Kit, Awful Customer Service
Crewroom's kit is really good quality and a cut above the usual competitors. Nice fit and well made.
Unfortunately, their customer service is awful.
I ordered (#54109) a couple of items I needed quickly on their express 2-day delivery (£7.95). Over a week and a half later, they still haven't come. I've emailed several times, and left phone messages. I eventually managed to get hold of someone, who really didn't seem that bothered and to call back if it hadn't come in two weeks' time.
With service like that, we may as well order from JL or 776 in the US and take the hit on the delivery.

Graham,
I am sorry that your parcel has not been delivered as it should, not our usual level of customer service. Our express service is via Royal Mail 24 and your parcel was sent correctly on the same day as you placed the order. Royal Mail are generally very good but on this occasion they have failed to update the tracking since despatch and have not responded to our repeated requests for an update.
I have asked the warehouse today to despatch a second parcel to you and will advise of the new tracking details once confirmed.
Many Thanks

Great customer service
The article I wanted to buy was only available in 2 sizes, XS and M and while I was ordering somebody must have been a tick faster ordering the M size. I only noticed that I bought an XS size after hitting the "buy" botton. I contacted customer service, got a very quick answer and my order was cancelled and refunded straight away. I bought 2 leggings after this and are very happy with the product and of course the excellent customer service.
