Bank Payroll is appalling
I’ve been lucky to have met amazing managers that won’t only support with work related issues but also with my personal issues. However bank pay roll service is appalling and they don’t care about how you feel. I’ve been chasing up my training payment for more than a month now. They won’t even respond to the emails they asked me to send and when I ring them one says that and another says that.
This is frustrating and they don’t seem to care

A terrible company in every sense of the word.
The management is unprofessional and unsupportive. the old staff are liars and clicky. Management indulges and allows staff who are their friends to bully new employees and when an incident happens from that, they support and protect the park of bullies and liars they have there, while ending the employment of the real victim. A company where the service manager is friends with the bullies and liars is one to avoid. I wish I could go back in time and never stepped my foot in this terrible company.

I've been with creative support for 20 years they are one of the worst support companies I've been you ask for someone to ring you urgently and he never do to serve this is biological if you ever emergency they don't want to know they say that well help you if I could give zero out of 5 I would you can never speak to the manager if you have a complete they don't want to know when you put the complaint in they never come back to you
Spent almost 2 months waiting to start. Had a ridiculous amount of paperwork to fill out and constant emails only to be told they wouldn’t take me on as they were unable to verify the authenticity of one of my references (gave them 3) wouldn’t allow me to rectify it so just wasted a few months for nothing. But after reading hundreds of very negative reviews I feel I’ve had a lucky escape. Good luck to anyone brave enough to work here.
Awful place to work. No support from management. Favouritism is a big problem.

Worked here for 2 years without issue, until a service user started a bullying campaign against me. Management spent months gaslighting me, stating that the individual was not capable of bullying, despite them stating they were themselves.
After this affected my mental health, causing me to self harm, the manager then decided to just move me without making any attempt to stop the individual.
This, again, affected my mental health and I ended up posting a comment about it online. No mention or creative support, or anyone's name. Creative support then fired me for this. And again made out that I was a terrible person due to being bullied.
Creative support absolutely deskill their service users, and do everything in their power to push the concept that "mental health" is a get out jail free card. To the point they refused to pursue charges against a service user for setting fire to the building, with people inside, fully intending to cause harm. However, they were obsessed with taking action against a staff member for stating the service user was "acting like a little s#£t"
In another service, management were informed of a service user deteriorating and attacking staff, only to be informed by management "that's just service user, just document it". Three weeks later the service user violently assaulted a staff member, and all management did was take action against the staff member for protecting themselves.
Suffice it to say, this company has no care or consideration for their staff, only care about service users when they keep quiet, and only creatively support their own perceived reputation.
No amount of money should make you consider this company as either a member of staff, or a service user. They are utterly barbaric!!

Company culture is very terrible and they are users. I would strongly advise those seeking for a better workplace to look elsewhere. The HR not helpful and welcoming.
Terrible support and the 5 star reviews on here for creative support are fake because as soon as they see a really bad review they post a false good review using a fake account to boost their ratings. So don't trust the 5 star reviews
Some of the Staff don’t listen to you and they are rude and disrespectful and they never on time for anything and they tell you what to do with everything when it’s not there responsibility to do so I live here for about 3/4 year i think and nothing has changed around here and some of the staff lie to you all the time and when something happens they can’t even sorted it out they have to get other people to do it like the police and when you have a concern or complaints they never sorted it out and the meeting are pointless and can’t even do there job properly and don’t even plan to do activities with us and if they do it’s baby stuff like painting or going park and etc BORING

What does it take for somebody official to sit up and actually listen to either a service user or indeed a carer who are whistle blowing on this site! If anyone knows please let me know!
Unapproachable and down right rude people lack of transparency and 'dont bother me attitude' not surprised that current employees write 5* reviews to make the place look good in public this is an old trick, same as the trick with the ruffles. Glad I had a lucky escape!!
Creative support is a great employer. I have been well supported through my career. All issues and concerns are dealt with accordingly. Creative support promotes an open culture and have robust policies and procedures in place to support staff and individuals using the services to ensure they are kept safe and protected from harm. I have worked for creative support in various roles for 15 years. Their person centred approach, values, ethos and support is why I continue working with them. Staff are well trained to ensure they can carry out their roles. The management team, staff and HR make it a great company to work for. I personally couldn't see myself working for a better employer.

I started as part-time due to having young children and two which have additional needs , Creative support have really helped me working hours to help around my children and have been very understanding when needing time off due to childcare issues.
Working for creative I feel I make a difference to the people I support, wanting the best life for them. Creative support you feel like your part a family aswell as a team, Having a child with SLD and ASD I feel if he was ever to go into this supported living I know he'd be extremely well cared for by creative support staff. 😊
my managers really help me to show my true potential and thrive in my career. One of the best companies to work for highly recommend For staff and services users.

I find it hard reading some of the reviews on here. In no way would I want to question their experiences. I do feel, however, that review sites can be a way of having a go at someone or some company you have a grudge with. I have been taken aback by some of the reports and feel that they are so at odds with my experience that I need to put my views forward to give some balance.
I am 62 years old and have been in quite a few jobs before I joined the company at Morecambe. I have had my own business and have employed or have been in charge of staff. I started with Creative Support 3 years ago. I found the job difficult at first but felt supported by my line manager and the managers in the office. I have come to love the work and the clients I support as part of a team. From working in most of the houses in our care I have a great deal of respect for how they are run and how well our clients are supported. There will always be problems along the way and some staff may not see eye to eye but overall it is a friendly and happy workplace. Our clients are treat with the upmost respect and fantastic care. Lots of activities and a great working relationship with staff, houses, parents and our managers. If anyone is considering working for the company I would say give it a go and make your own mind up. To those who have put damming reports up on this site I feel really sorry they have not had a good experience and that they can hopefully accept my views as a true record. I have no ulterior motive in writing this, it's merely my opinion.

No communication with service users care plans are non existent or ignored They keep threatening to take me to court. But they won't because they know they will lose I'm so desperate for them to take me to court Page care time is No next existent Just want you to sit there shut up and put up I suggest anyone that is living here and there. Love ones to put up secret cameras Enough is enough of this hateful bullying disgusting company
Disgusting, disrespectful staff. The ones with the mental health problems work here, mostly women. Let's get this dump shut down. Send them all back to the job centre where they belong.
i would give this terrible company zero if i could i worked for this bullying company for 5 years and was sacked for so called abuse, without any solid evidence only going off 2 staff members with a chip on their lying shoulders. management are terrible take on young kids and promote them to senior positions because nobody in the right mind would would want the pressure for the crap pay, feel so sorry for the service users and their parents who are kept in the dark because you are told not to tell the truth to them please avoid this company

DO NOT go for a job here!!! I got a job given at the start of February and waited for my DBS to come, it came for them to say we need other references baring in mind I’d already given the 3 which states it in there application form and ( something what could have been sorted whilst waiting 3 month for my DBS to arrive ) they don’t keep you updated they tell you nothing I had to continuously email them for updates every week was the same they’re not bothered if your out of work with no income waiting to start a job here it’s all around unprofessional. They made me think I was starting every other week I would get my hopes up! finally told them I don’t want the job now as I’m still waiting for a start date a month after the arrival of my dbs.
