Was a little disappointed at the MK creams this evening. We had cookie dough desert which was nice but the caramel frape may as well have been ice with a splash of milk with some cream on top. I asked for some more caramel flavouring as we couldn’t taste the caramel, but they pretty much said no, and just offered more cream on top. No thank you. I don’t mind paying the prices if I’m getting quality, but sadly tonight, we didn’t.

Went to the Edgware branch. Food and service was okay, but the chairs were so sticky I didn't want to put my hands on them and the skirting between the chairs and the window was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month.

I complained via their website, but they didn't even bother to reply.

They dont let people sit in their areas even when there is over 1 hour left to close. We reached there at 8.50/8.55ish and when we tried to sit on a table , a lady came to us and said that take away only. It is a lovely place but the management ruined the experience. The till lady also look at you like she will eat you alive if you look at the ice-creams for longer than 10 seconds.

Just had a delivery omg the price i paid for CHEESY NACHOS and I got a box of nachos with maybe a teaspoon of cheese sauce and a tiny pot of salsa not impressed at

The staff in the Morden branch are incredibly rude. I asked for two milkshakes they got that wrong and gave me cookie dough and didn’t even offer a refund for the difference. Incredibly entitled and disgusting attitude.

The creams in Walthamstow has terrible customer service if I could give the a negative number it would be -1000 horrible people

Load of rubbish spent £50 for 2 items to show I’m beyond foaming don’t use Newcastle creams

Ive been going to creams in Southall for years now and one member of staff called Ellora has always been helpful and welcoming towards me and she always makes my thickshakes just the way I like it, She always makes my visit a great experience.

Visiting the telford cafe was an appalling experience .it took along time for food to be thrown onto our table by the disgusting member of your rude staff. If iwas a manager at this location I would definitely be seeking new staff to keep my business up and running. I've gave it 1 star because I was happy to get out of the place. Don't use.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Save Your Money

I visited the Creams High Wycombe branch recently to satisfy some late-night cravings, and unfortunately, it was a massive waste of money. I ordered the Milk Cake, Karak Chai, and a Bueno Cookie Dough. While I must acknowledge that the service was quick and the waiter was polite, the quality of the food and the company's policies were unacceptable.
The Milk Cake Disaster
I was really looking forward to the Milk Cake, but it was incredibly disappointing. Instead of the rich, soaked dessert you expect, it arrived as a dry piece of sponge cake with a dollop of whipped cream on top. They provided only a tiny, insufficient pot of milk to pour over it. When I asked the waiter for more milk—explaining that the purpose of a milk cake is for the sponge to be fully soaked, not dry—I was told that the head office limits the milk to "control calories."
If I am going out to a dessert shop, I expect to manage my own calories. The decision to serve a dry, sub-par product under the guise of health is ridiculous and makes for a terrible eating experience.
The Karak Chai
The tea was equally disappointing. When it arrived, the cup wasn't even full—the tea sat just above the middle line. To make matters worse, it tasted like basic, cheap tea-bag tea rather than an authentic Karak Chai.

I regret spending my money here. The quality does not match the price point, and the corporate excuses for poor food quality are frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere—I definitely won’t be returning.

This was horrible the waitress was rude and unwilling, the environment is unpleasant a leak in the middle of the store not being dealt with. We waited 10 minutes just to be spoken with when it wasn’t busy at all. We waited over 20 minutes for our simple drink to be made and then when other customers came they put us to the bottom of their priority list even though we can before. Tables are unsanitary and sticky and the soft serve machine doesn’t work.the drink was sub standard and had no ice bizzare wilted topping floating about. This ridiculous horrible don’t come here. We were at the Putney location.

We visited Basildon Creams for a birthday treat and had ice creams, waffles, milkshakes, and a latte – everything was absolutely lovely.
There was a small miscommunication when ordering, but Rumaysa, who served us, could not have been more polite, professional, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and she handled everything with such kindness and a genuine smile.
It's very rare these days to receive customer service of this standard, and she really made our visit special. Thank you, Rumaysa, for going above and beyond – you're a credit to the team. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

i had not heard of creams in cambridge ,we thought we would try ,disapointed ,word ripoff come to mind, can only give it 1* , creams you need rethink portions need be more generouse.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before working for or using this company.

They hired a number of young individuals some only 16 years old, all fairly new to the role and within their probation period. They were provided with approximately two hours of mandatory training which was not paid.

Following a change in management, these original staff members continued working and were even relied upon to support and train incoming employees that the new management had brought with them. At no point were they informed of performance concerns, given feedback, or offered any opportunity to improve.

However, over time their scheduled shifts were reduced significantly without explanation. In the most recent week, each individual was allocated a single shift, and upon arrival were dismissed with immediate effect and issued letters citing poor performance.

The absence of prior warnings, documented performance management, or clear communication raises serious concerns about the fairness and professionalism of this process—particularly given the age of the staff involved.

Employers have a responsibility not only to follow legal requirements, but also to ensure fair and transparent treatment of employees. In this case, both appear to be lacking.

Turned up today with my family for my daughters 13th Birthday celebration.
I was very disappointed.
We ordered the birthday cake loaded shake !! And what we got was not what we expected.
Our thick shakes was very milky hardly any flavour of what we wanted .
It’s as if they are cutting costs instead of ice cream in your thick shakes they used milk !
The birthday loaded shake was not what we order or what you advertised the cake was the size of your thumb nail !!! And looked mouldy!
Now I’ve one disappointment 13 yr old for her birthday!! Also ASC !!
Our drinks for served in plastic cups , the ice cream was a child’s portion! We all adults large portions we ordered .

For now on we be going to Chatham dockside can’t fault those always had amazing experience there.
No more for Rochester very disappointed even when I spoke to the manager he wasn’t bothered at all
