This company is a scam
This company is a scam, don't trust it. I ordered a freezer from them. it was delivered at 6 am with no prior warning on 9 December. the same day I contacted the company via their online chat. They agreed to pick up the freezer on 13 December and refund. It was no picked up, I have since checked my account and £7 and £5 was taken from my account without my authorisation or understanding why. It is now 2 January, the freezer is still not picked up creating an eyesore in my kitchen over the festive season and I have not been refunded despite constantly contacting the company. I am now having to go to my bank to raise a dispute.

I know this sounds strange but I ordered a rug in error...don't ask....
But I immediately contacted this company to cancel order.
Suprise suprise they told me order already processed and couldn't cancel.....
Despite my contacting them numerous times this rug supposedly was attempted to be delivered, not to me but elsewhere.....
Oh and when they send you emails willy-nilly don't attempted to reply...it doesn't work.

Order two sets of mugs and they sent the wrong ones, when asked for them to correct the order they just said return it and reorder.
Terrible customer service and no concern about the mistake their staff made.

They use Evri to deliver, which has delayed deliveries again!
Our local Evri is usually good. However, snowed for a couple of days and everyone else managed to deliver food, parcels and get to and from work, except Evri! Now 12 days overdue and another parcel is 7 days overdue. Snow been gone for days and still not delivered.
Been emailing JD Williams for last 7 days asking them to sort it and customer services just ask for security questions already answered and then state what is on tracking, which is useless, as they have been saying will deliver next day for a week now! So, what is the point of customer services if cannot help??
Happened before, as well and they are ridiculously slow at taking it off your statement or holding it back! Years ago customer services were very good, now it is the worst! I do wonder if they moved it elsewhere, as cheaper, but not sure. Would explain it though!
NO point ordering AND paying for next day delivery, as doesn’t turn up! Will be last place order from now on!
Lost parcel. No refund yet 14 days later. I'm out of pocket.
I usually find crazyclearance.co.uk (an arm of JD Williams/Yours) to have some.good bargains and delivery has been fine.
This time my order (I paid for Next Day service) was clearly lost by Evri. The tracking just said we are sorting it at our hub/it will be delivered today depending when amd where I looked! If you've experienced a lost evri parcel this will be familiar to you amd young know it's gone forever!
My order was holiday outfits. I gave it a few days, but as my holiday was imminent I contacted Crazyclearance.co.uk (same people as JD Williams) to tell them I needed the order cancelled amd refunded as it was clearly lost.
I got a gobbledegook type chat bot reply which made no sense. I was told Next day delivery doesn't exist sometimes if they say it doesn't... So I emailed directly.
I've chased this up several times and just keep being told I have to wait for the parcel to get back to them before I can have a refund.
So I'm left out of pocket by £100 with no holiday outfits. This is a lot of money to me amd meant I had to go without what I needed.
Unacceptable. Other better companies would have looked at what was happening and known to refund me. As it is, my short holiday has been and gone, I'm down £100, and am not even able to ask for a refund again until next week. Not inly am I out of pocket for the missing order/delivery fee, but for a swimsuit I had to buy elsewhere. Laughable. I certainty will not use crazyclearance.co.uk again.
I have received much better service under their Yours Clothing umbrella, which is actually the account I meant to order with, but my phone logged me in to crazyclearance.co.uk and I hadn't noticed.
Not a mistake I'll make again.
Wow! what bargains!
Wow! excellent bargains. Obviously hit and miss with availability, but perseverance pays off. Only down side is sometimes the packaging is not what you expect, but it's reflected in the prices you pay! Defo an excellent site
