Disappointing customer service:
I purchase model magic clay and it got dried within the expiration period. When I want to ask for to return or exchange, they said, they will send me 8 coupons but I received 5, after they told me to resend the other box that I have bought. I did send and offering me the rest of the money. I don’t know they give me coupons to keep not to use. When I ask for the full reimbursement, they are not agree. I do not like their customer service at all and thinking not to buy their products in the future at all. Very much disappointing.

Today, we celebrated our son's birthday at the Crayola Experience, and I cannot recommend it enough!
From the organizer Kerstin to the host and the entire team, the whole experience was fantastic. My child and his friends had a blast!

Have to say everything we have bought our grandson has been fantastic. This spans nearly 6 years. Only 1 thing we bought I have thought was a little expensive for what it was but other than that, we in this house loves crayola! And we can spend hours playing having fun.

The colors are vibrant and true-to-label, so what you see on the wrapper is exactly what you get on paper.

They glide smoothly without leaving a waxy build-up, which makes coloring easy and enjoyable.

The crayons are durable—they don’t break as easily as cheaper alternatives, even when kids press down hard.

I appreciated that they are non-toxic, giving peace of mind when children use them.

Just like 'Carrie' my pack of alphabet beads was hardly 'assorted', containing no A or S, but 10 Z and 5 Q! Not exactly useful. I admire Carrie's persistance in pursuing the company - but I don't think I'll bother!

I love Crayola. We use it at school, and I use it when family comes to visit. My cousin is 2 and loves to make crafts with me. Everytime, we use Crayola. I remember using them when I was her age and I still do. I recommend these for younger children and older because it washes off easily and doesn't stain or bleed through the paper.

Never had a problem before but had a problem with a product and they are just ignoring me.

It’s these times when you rate a company. They want your money but aren’t interested in resolving problems.

Can not fault these supplies. Absolutely perfect. Great quality and great value for money.
