It’s here! The metal lake house sign that was customized for me. Can’t wait to put up my sign but need to wait until Spring 2025 when the ground has thawed. I found “craft my sign” thru a Facebook ad. They have a lot of signs to choose from and pricing was good, so I purchased two. One was a bear scene the other was an elk scene. When my order arrived I had two identical bear scene signs. So I reached out to there company and Daniel responded, told me to keep the duplicate sign and they would send me the proper Elk scene sign and admitted there was a mistake made.
True to his word I got the Elk sign and could not be happier with the quality and details. %100 would recommend this company to make your sign, great communication and response time is fast.

First, the customer service was tremendous. I made a few changes with no problem before we finalized the design of the sign.
I couldn’t be more happy with the results, I have had many compliments for the sign.

David was SO helpful for my two projects. I only had jpeg and they are very specific logos and I wanted the gifts to be surprise. They were able to recreate them and make one metal (for a Ranch), and the other a wood sign for restaurant. Great customer service- expert technical design and execution of the signs. I was very impressed. They were even able to ship overseas to me. The price was very reasonable! I already know my family is using them for another sign. Can’t say enough about this awesome company!!

Fantastic sign. Ordered a custom and it literally took 6 days and it was at my door. The quality is unbelievable and just looks amazing. Customer service is great. From ordering until delivery David was in contact with me. Highly recommended.

Update: After leaving my review, I received an email from the company stating they were sending me a new sign and asked I remove the review. I was disappointed as it wasn't sent with intention to make things right but to seemingly bribe me. I decided to wait for the sign to arrive then would gladly update my review to let buyers know how things were resolved. The sign, however, never arrived. When Customer Service emailed again requesting I remove the review, I let them know I had not received the shipment and asked for a tracking number. They have since stopped responding. I don't believe a replacement sign was ever sent. Buyer beware.

I emailed the company before ordering to ensure it would be able to survive the elements. I was told it was weatherproof and sent photos asking for color suggestions to match our home.

When the sign arrived, it was brown (not even close to a light gray) but worse yet, the letters weren’t properly adhered and were falling off. I immediately emailed customer service and they told me this can happen and suggested I just go buy wood glue and repair it myself. Regarding the stain color, they simply said they used the one I selected and it was my fault as stain colors can vary.

I have since repaired the sign myself and hung it for only a few weeks in our seasonal home. The board warped in the heat to the point it no longer hangs (I always bring it in before it rains as I didn’t trust it to last). I contacted customer support by email and followed up twice and haven’t received a reply other than “they will look into it.” For $300+ for a custom sign, it was a total waste of money. Really poor experience all around.
