I have not needed to submit a warranty claim yet. I love my new charging case! It makes it convenient to charge the ring.

I originally went in just to look at refrigerators and check pricing because I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, the entire experience ended up being amazing! Manuel was super sweet, helpful, and willing to work with me. I not only ended up purchasing a refrigerator, but I found one that was even better than what I originally had in mind—and I didn’t even know this type of refrigerator existed! 😊

The delivery experience was also great. The drivers were professional, arrived promptly, and the installation was perfect. My only small hiccup was that I was under the impression that removal of my old refrigerator was included. I called Appliance4Less twice on the day of delivery but wasn’t able to reach anyone, so I wasn’t expecting to have to pay an additional fee directly to the delivery drivers for the removal. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be back because I already saw a few other items I want! Highly recommend, and a special thank you to Manuel for making the purchasing experience so easy and pleasant!

Extremely disappointing experience with CPS Warranty.

I would not recommend CPS Warranty based on my experience with their claims process. Filing a claim was frustrating from the beginning, and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Getting clear answers was difficult, and I repeatedly felt like I was being passed around without anyone taking responsibility for actually resolving the issue.

The biggest problem was the lack of follow-through. The appliance was supposed to be covered under the warranty, but when it came time to actually handle the claim, the process became unnecessarily complicated. I was given information and expectations that were not properly followed through, and I had to spend far too much time trying to get updates and answers.

A warranty is supposed to provide peace of mind when an appliance breaks down. Instead, this experience created more stress and frustration. Paying for a warranty is one thing, but actually getting the company to honor the coverage and properly handle the claim is what matters.

Poor communication, poor claim handling, and very disappointing follow-through. I expected much better service and accountability from a warranty company. Based on this experience, I would seriously reconsider purchasing or renewing a CPS Warranty.
