Very quickly returned wrong item that was sent, and offered refund after sale prices went up the day after. Great, friendly, quick service.

Jason was very helpful, I was struggling with a gift card code and he was quick and informative, He attached screenshots that I found helpful. The only comment I would say is the chat function, you have to create a new chat every time to reply. Thanks again Jason for all your help.

I had a bit of misfortune with a purchase but Couverture went above and beyond to find me a very fair and cost-effective solution. Not sure they needed to help, but they did, and I’m very grateful that they did.

C&G is great - they stock some under-the-radar brands, and their in-house line is awesome too. As well, they have really minimal packaging that is easy to recycle (aka paper), as opposed to some 'eco' packaging that still probably last for thousands of years.

I am very happy with Couverture & The Garbstore customer service. I have had a problem with my delivery which I never got, and they have been super helpful and effective to replace it. And good advice regarding the size. Thanks again!

Recently bought a jacket for my husband which didn’t arrive. I sent an email to explain that I hadn’t received it, I was slightly concerned as it was low in stock when I bought it so didn’t think I would be able to get a replacement. I received a reply from Afua at customer services who was able to establish that DPD had mislaid the package and arranged for another jacket to be sourced and sent out. The jacket arrived today, my husband is delighted with it and I am delighted with the exceptional standard of customer service I received from Afua who kept me informed at every stage of the process! Will definitely buy from the company again.

I had a very good e-commerce experience, mainly due to the customer service. I was shopping on a mobile format and my order didn't trigger an email with my order, however Afua who managed this was able to supply all missing info. Overall had a good web experience and I am happy to do it again, I'll be even happier when I can shop in the London store again!

Good experience getting some items shipped to New Zealand, store were great at answering questions (sizing of item), free postage and rapid service. I would happily use them again.
