I have dealt with Scott McDowell on two consecutive days and what an intelligent, polite, knowledgeable member of the human race. He handled all my questions with ease and clarity..something we rarely find anymore and in every way went the extra mile. He definitely deserves extra credit.

I would highly recommend County Broadland. The service was exemplary. The engineer who attended today, Martin Cant, was extremely professional and carried out the work to the highest standard.

Donna was very helpful and explained our renewal offers and also how to upgrade to a faster package.
Happy to renewal up to 200 as county broadband have given us a reliable service over the last contract

Great service by Dane &Llama came and fixed a fault on the broadband. Two very polite young guys who explained how and why the fault and happened and resolved it really quickly. Thank you

Signed up over 3 years ago, installed fibre cable to property with router inside, promised connection in a few days. No more funding, installation stopped. Run out of money no promise of when progress will be made. Disappointed to say the least.

I rang over the weekend to query a second installation line. I was offered a call back on Monday from the installation team who duly rang just after 9am. Today Dan Chapman and Llamq arrived to complete the external installation. They were both great , really helpful and courteous and the installation and their finish is absolutely amazing. I am so impressed with everyone I have dealt with so far, and this reflects exactly the same level of experience first time round. Thank you all !

From start to finish CBB have been professional and so helpful. The initial salesman explained everything in detail, and this was followed up in writing. Great initial service was followed by step by step explanation by Scott about the porting process. By the end, I felt I knew exactly what would happen, and had full confidence in the team. Calls always answered in good time, by a person who was willing to help. Well done CBB!

Never did get connected... multiple emails telling me to be at home on the connection day but never happened... no one turned up. I called them and they only then said they cannot connect because it's going to take years to get permission to use the telegraph pole outside my house, (the pole is actually being used by my current provider), because it needs a tree trimming ......which has now been carried out..
Even if they did have issues with getting permission....why did they still send me reminders to be at home on the day of planned installation...then just not turn up?

Total lack of coordination.

Still posting cards through my door asking me if I want to sign up!!!

Never answer phone.

Someone managed to break the fibre cable to our house with a lorry and County Broadband were excellent in repairing it very quickly so a big thanks to Den and Nathan for sorting it out.

Friendly txt reminders received on the lead in to installation day / on the day Sean arrived 08:35 and was done by 10:00 🕙 Explained the workings of the modem with some useful tips to avoid outages / 200Mbps up and down ⚡️Welcome to the 21st Century Mundesley / No more buffering 😀 Top drawer installer / HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TRUE FIBRE CONNECTION TO THE MODEM - Everything Internet works like a dream now !!

Donna was informative and helpful,
very quick to respond to my query and instantly followed up with an email confirming our conversation.
It was the best Customer Service I have had in years

County Broadband are lucky to have Donna working for them and representing their company.

Martyn Cant was our installation Engineer, fantastic service, explained what he had to do, after we went through where to be located, excellent care taken & understanding of my current health situation, i was not great help! Made sure everything was up and running smoothly, great service, ty

We found the three people that installed our system to be helpful, friendly and proficient. First the team did a great job outside, then Martyn Cant sorted the inside on what could have been a tricky installation.

Donna Dixon was very helpful and. Pleasure to deal with. She helped me sort out my new contract most satisfactorily

Good service from Sean Ablott yesterday for fast and neat installation and explaining things to me. Also thanks to customer service for help with my queries this morning.

Abysmal. Tried to contact 3 times on customer support line. Unanswered every time. Phoned the sales line and answered immediately. The person I spoke to clearly had no idea of the company website or it’s limitations. Life is too short to deal with this type of company. Save yourself the time and pass them by.

Scam company. Had to call 3 times today to let them know we did not have internet, was told that the technical team would call us TODAY but no one bothered to call. Now, I am without internet, when it comes back on it's fluctuating between 1mbps to 9mbps which is a joke and unusable, I can't even load a page. Useless company, actual scammers.
