They took my money like it was p*Ss water!
Sent me heavy industrial chemical fragrance saturated underwear which I needed to return but they didn’t say to return them, just that they would send out a replacement. However, I never got the replacement and it’s two months now. They don’t answer phones and are extremely slow at emails. They keep saying as if it’s automated in every email “thank you for your kind understanding.” This is a total nightmare. I lost $98 of my fixed income to this company.

Terrible fitting bras, don’t waste your money. The returns policy is stupid- you can only return if the items are unopened. So once you open the items, seen how ugly they are and tried it on or even looked at it, you can’t return it. Also no returns from UK at all. Scammers.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. NEVER. CLOTHES HAVE TOXIC RUBBER TIRE SMELL IN THEM. MEN'S JOGGING PANTS AND WOMENS WHITE 100% COTTON LEGGINS, HAVE TIRE RUBBER IN THE WAISTBANDS AND A DRAWSTRING. HAD TO CUT THE BANDS OFF TO FIND THE TIRE RUBBER. HAD BOUGHT 10 PAIR OF LEGGINGS, IT A HUGE JOB. SMELL WILL NOT WASH OUT EVEN WITH BLEACH.

I liked some of the products but their inventory is limited and they are usually out of my size. Also pricey.

Cottonique clothes feel like a warm loving hug for tender irritated sensitive skin. Regular clothes make skin itch and burn 24/7. I have major skin sensitivity issues, and this is what this wonderful brand is made for. There is truly no other brand that understands and compares on this issue! Do not buy on amazon, as they are not authentic, and very likely the source of bad reviews on this site. buy from the cottonique website. If you are in canada or uk or us, they have a specific site for those countries that makes shipping and returns easier. Their bras are the best if you have skin issues. I highly recommend the cotton slip and the cotton long sleeve leggings and long sleeve top. I love their fit! I am 5'6' 120 lbs and it is a long lean fit, true to size/consistent sizes (I wear small /6). So comfortable, I never want to take them off! I can use these as a base layer under all the other itchy clothes to protect my skin. Expensive, but worth it!
If you find it at 1/3 of the cost on amazon, its a fake!

The elastic free boxers are good but return item from abroad is too long and so the refund. My return from IL was 5 days in post office in Pittston until they took it and still 6 days after accepting they still haven't refund unopened item. Don't order from their site.

They claim to serve the MCS & fragrance-free allergy population but repeatedly mail us fragranced items, despite following their instructions of noting our orders as MCS/ fragrance-free. I just lost $170+ to this company. Last year it was much more. Sadly, we can’t even return the ordered items due to adverse health effects of being near the package. They lied about changing their packaging after last year’s major contamination issue in their warehouse. A true shame and loss of funds. Devastating

I ordered three pairs of underwear that were laughably small. The size 4s looked like they'd barely fit a toddler. Given that these are 100% cotton (the whole point of ordering from their company) means that these undersized items are likely to shrink further. Their returns and exchange policy is not user-friendly at all and requires items be returned at the expense of the customer. On top of that, they require an email within 15 days of delivery. All this for $20 pairs of underwear. Never again.

Horrible customer service. Bought from them a few times. I do enjoy the quality but the last time it was a mess. I placed my order and realized that after 2 weeks nothing showed up. I emailed them... Apparently the products were all out of stock. That was not mentioned in any email or on the website. They never reached out to lmk. It took 2 months for them to arrive. There was no update, communication from the company etc. I was away when they arrived and after trying them on, one had a major defect. They refused to replace it after it took them 3 months to ship, bc I was about 2 days late from the 30 days. I will be supporting other small businesses as this one has very rude customer service and are really bad at communicating with their customers. Borderline scammy imo. Too bad the products are usually decent quality.

I ordered multiple clothing items. Every item is cheaply made and poorly designed. I will not be ordering again from this company.

Funnel Neck Pull-over. It is quite large but the sleeves do not even reach my wrists. I am 5’4’’ and 110 lbs so pretty much a hanger. If these items are not fitting me properly, it’s likely the design.

Under-ware: Basic cheap elastic band under-ware.

Women’s Cropped Leggings: Decent quality in sewing and material but poor design. The band around the waist is extremely thin and cuts into the abdomen.

The returns are at your own expense and will only provide store credit. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money.

Ordered an e gift card that was supposed to be delivered to her email address on her birthday. Never received it. When I contacted customer service, no one answered multiple times so I had to leave a message...no one returned the call.

Wonderful products. It feels like wearing nothing.

You cannot return items, such as bras - only exchange. (As you have to rip the paper bag open to try it on and they won't accept returns if the bag has been opened).
The postage costs £9, if you want to exchange. (I already paid £9 postage - if I wanted to exchange the item that does not fit, I would then need to pay the same amount of return postage again, to return the item to the Phillipines where it is posted from).

i was charged 62$ duty fees because i ordered from Canada, the 1st order i wasnt charged anything, then the 2nd one i was??!!!

I ordered almost 8 weeks ago and my items have not shipped. To make this worse they processed my credit card the day I ordered. I paid over $100 for items I haven't received. There's a name for charging someone for something they didn't receive. It's called fraud and it's illegal.

Ordered underwear for my son using the size guide provided on the website and they were still too small.

Sizes run larger than what I usually wear in pants, but besides that's it's great. I like the bootie socks , you can wear them like real socks and they stay in place even without elastic.
