These folks are great, I had a fully blown transfer case in my 2011 ford escape that I'm still making payments on, and it's my work vehicle so it had to be back on the road, a new case is about $4500.00 off the shelf with labor, really steep, they found a used one for $1400.00 with labor and a decent warranty, a huge savings! They were friendly reliable and professional, the whole experience kept the stress level to a minimum and I have logged some several 1000 miles on the replacement case with no problems. I would take any trans issues to them and recommend them highly.

I had to have my transmission rebuilt in my 1979 Corvette and have dealt with many shops in the orchards area. I don't have anything good to say about these other shops. So i tried cottman and I am so glad i did. It was an absolute pleasure dealing cottman. I think there prices are geat and there work is excellent. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. We had a transmission problem. I was given several options to fix from low to higher cost. Good shop. Very service oriented!!

I have no complaints whatsoever. Price was what as estimated. was completed as per schedule, I was kept up to date on the status, no issues a few months now after the rebuild.

They was really nice and helpful. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Had them receive an ATS built transmission for my 07 dodge 3500 and install it along with them adding external cooler and fan. And also the copilot lockup controller. They did an outstanding job. There was a problem after the install that was no fault of theirs. The valve body installed by ATS was faulty. They went the extra effort to help diagnose the fault and replace it after receiving the replacement from ATS.
I highly recommend Cottman for any transmission service or repairs.

I have been taking my truck to service shop for a while now. They are supposed to check and top off all the fluids, lubricate the chassis, and check all the lights. A full service kind of place. Apparently they never checked the transmission fluid properly and it ran low and burned up my transmission. It's my only car. While their bid to rebuild the transmission costed a bit more, their warranty is worth the extra money. They worked really hard to get me back up and running as quickly as possible and Melinda was so nice about the whole thing. I really appreciate all their hard work.

I had my truck worked on by Cottman they rebuilt my transmission and replaced the clutch. when we got the truck back it was making a noise, I tuck it back in and they said to drive it and to let them know of any changes. well less then 7000 miles later the transmission went out and they would not stand behind their work. also when I had it repaired the clutch had less then 10% left. this should not be the case with less then 7000 miles!

I would and do not recommend then to any one they have lots of reasons why this work was not quality but the bottom line is this cost me lots of money and they were not professional with their dealings with me. the person that I had the dealings with is Melinda Kriner she is the owner and she was the one that promised me that I did not have to be concerned with their work. I believed her! right up to the point that I was stuck in traffic with a horse trailer and horse in the trailer for 4 hours. then to be told that they would not stand behind their work.
