We service, repair and rebuild all types of transmissions for both individuals and fleets companies. This includes a road test and external examination of your transmission, where we will evaluate the performance and condition of your vehicle's transmission, and determine what services, if any, are required.

I was pleased with the turn around time …
I was pleased with the turn around time frame for my vehicle. Service was completed in 3 days and my vehicle runs like it’s brand new! I would recommend this company to others. This is my second time using Cottman! Both repairs were great

Rob and his crew took on a project unusual for them, and have been diligent and fair in completing the work. I'm more than pleased, and would highly commend them. Went to pick up my car after a repair
Went to pick up my car after a repair, got into my car and the battery was dead. Susan said you must need a battery. I informed her that the battery was new. They picked my car up on a Monday and I had to call them Tuesday afternoon because I had not heard from anyone. When I called I got a lady in Charlotte because my calls went unanswered . After the unanswered calls I blocked my number and Susan answered. She finally called me on Wednesday to tell me the problem with my car and how much it would cost. I asked.her if she had checked with the warranty company she said.no she forgot but she would call them and call me right back. She never called back. I called her the next day to ask about the warranty, she said she called but I doubt it. It took them a week to fix my car and the charged me 150.00 to tow it 20 miles. These people hide behind a smile while they are price gouging u. Stay away.
