Waited over 20days and item still not posted. Find out they had it not in stock but still sold on website!
Give one star extra for a quick refund when requested. But still, poor service all together.

Excellent company with quick delivery and great comns

Had my pipe delivered today looks like it had been pulled out of a skip phone them up sent the pictures they said return it and you’ll have to pay for the postage so I will never use them again

I ordered a 2kw pond heater in October for £180 and it is faulty and tripping electrical circuit.
I have tried everything to contact them and they do not reply to any emails or phone calls.
Customer service is non existent, and a complete waste of time.
I would advise anyone to move on to a different company and avoid Cotswold koi at all costs.
I will never use them again.
I have given them 1 star on the review, but only because there is not an option to give them zero.

Excellent provider. I've bought everything online from them and they've shipped easily to Jersey. Very responsive on chat/help on answering our questions.

I called Tim on a busy Friday afternoon when all his staff were off ill and he had 85 orders to process.
Despite the above he measured the flexi connectors I needed (to check the sizes) and despatched 6 as soon as I had paid special delivery for the next morning.
Amazingly helpful and very can-do, and friendly.

Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Responded very quickly to my Facebook message, and very fast delivery. Great items and good quality. Will be ordering more.

I purchased a koi net which subsequently proved defective. Despite contacting the company by telephone there was never anyone available to speak to me about this matter and requests for a call back have been ignored. I subsequently emailed them with my complaint, including pictures of the defect and again I have no response. Cotswold Koi are ignoring, therefore, their responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act and seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction. There are some good koi product retailers out there, Cotswold Koi is not one of them and I will not be using them again.

I ordered 2 pond windows that weighed 70 kilos each.

When the order arrived the delivery driver was brilliant. He helped me in with the windows and even provided me with reinforced cardboard to place the windows on.

Fantastic glass and really pleased with my purchase.

I would highly recommend Cotswold Koi for their service throughout this purchase.

The item supplied was not as specified. It was described as a 4" to 2" pipe adapter, but on receipt, was found to be 4.5" to 2.4" so unusable for the job. Cotswold Koi agree that I could return it for a refund but the cost of the carriage was more than the value of the item, so there was no point. As the product specification was incorrect they should also have agreed to pay for the carriage. Be careful of buying from them

Have been trying to sort out a faulty product with this company - communication is very poor and we are still waiting for a refund. Very slow to respond. Would not recommend!

Have been trying to contact this company for weeks regarding a return. Sent me the wrong products and are not responding via email, Facebook or their phone lines. Don't order from Cotswold Koi

Found this company online, great prices, fantastic communication, ordered a big item Friday afternoon and got delivery tuesday morning. All very well packaged, would deffinately recomend and will certainly use again.
