Vado a sporgere denuncia per frode! Continuano ad insinuare di non aver ricevuto pagamento, quando i movimenti della mia chiara sono chiari e limpidi! Anche inviandoli al venditore più di una volta continuano a dire di non aver ricevuto drenare! Truffa! Non comprate nulla!

I ordered stickers, they printed them on the wrong paper so they are totally worthless. Now I have to lose money to send them back or cut them myself and use glue. I am going to call my bank to get the full refund because this company is a huge scam!

Having read all the bad reviews here, I was sure I had lost my £52 and would never receive my order, even though the tracking number provided assured it was in transit . So was delighted when it arrived today, within the expected time frame, and better quality than I had expected for the price. No other companies could guarantee delivery of the costume in time, so I was prepared to take a chance with this company and I couldn’t be happier. Very pleased with the result.

Quality was great but the forgot to send the hat of the costume. They kept me telling me that they will ship it and they NEVER did. At first told me that it wasn’t included in the price but I had ordered the same one before and it was included! They after apologized and told me that they would ship it! Obviously that never happened!

Would give 0 stars! Delivery time was triple estimate. No customer service. They really don’t care. AVOID

I wish I could give this company 1/2 a star.

Terrible service. Estimated times of arrival clearly mean absolutely nothing to them. Please avoid this site.

The costume I received did not match the pictures shown on the website, nor the description of the costume. When I emailed the company to inquire about the differences, they never emailed me back until I got PayPal involved. Do not order from them — all you’ll get is.a headache.

I bought a costume and the wrong costume was sent. The costume costed $35 and will cost me $23 to send back to Hong kong. And they won’t refund the return shipping. Very disappointed!

Ordered a Descendants costume I could not find anywhere. Came day before Halloween. My grandson was so happy. Size I selected was perfect. Very satisfied with this site.

I had high hopes, but my delivery was late and the quality was so poorly made. Like really poor... and I’m usually not fussy but my size was too small and the buttons weren’t matching the hole. And some holes weren’t even sewed open. The joker costume I paid for was 130, but I was so ripped off here. The pants and blazer was so bad I honestly feel like ripping it up and sending it back with my spit on it. Furious about how much money I spent and this is what I got

This website is ripping people off! Do not get anything from them. You will lose all your money! My sons Halloween costume was not yet delivered as it was ordered more than 20 days ago! No response, no refund , bad customer service

Dont do it!
asked to cancel my order after 5 minutes with no respons. Mailed 3times . Next day I got an answer that the order already was sent. How could it be after 5 minutes? Not even possible.
Do not buy anything here.

I order a costume and chosed Epress delivery by FeedEx
They say on there webb site it would take 2-4 days
It has now been 20 days and still no gods :-(

Nothing why FeedEx epress takes more than 17 days instead of 2-4 days.

Read a lot of bad reviews after placing an order but product arrived as scheduled and was good quality. Now I get to be Bane when I'm playing goodies & baddies with the kids.

Ordered a spider man far from home costume for my son for his birthday. The costume was perfect and the quality was really good!

Buyer beware !! I recently ordered a DR Strange costume from this company . my whole experience started out by never receiving any tracking info . After requesting some type of tracking and getting no help , I decided to cancel the order . Miraculously, the item was all of a sudden on its way .
Upon receiving it , I did what anyone would do and tried it on . Using their criteria for sizing I placed my order accordingly. The item was nowhere close to fitting, way to small .
Certain parts of the costume looked nothing like it did on their photo. The cape , the belt !!
Needless to say , I’ve repeatedly contacted their customer service and have gotten no help in getting a refund going . I keep getting the same generic response from “ milky”.
Upon making my purchase I was under the impression that the return would be taken care of here in the U.S. which is why I made the purchase .
Not looking good !! Especially since a refund is based on returning an unopened package which makes no sense since you can’t try it on unless it is removed.
What a racket . I hope this can help persuade people to not support this company. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my purchase.

SCAMMERS! Never pick the phone- the number probably is inactive. There is no way to cancel the purchase- I tried one hour after buying the costume on the internet. The money was gone from my PayPal and the company was not responding. I sent 7 emails and after 3 hours received the answer that they already processed the order - seriously within one hour? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

I try to cancel my order minuts after the payment, because i check here, all the bad coments. And i received this massage:
"This order has already been processed for shipping at our warehouse. It is not possible to get a cancellation at this time. However, if you don’t need product, you can return it for a refund.

Ordered costume for my son. This is a complete scam. The quality is terrible and the mask was a full piece of cloth with no eye holes or area to breath. I wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing.
