Dr Sojitra was recommended to me by several people after discussing the breast augmentation operation, his name always came out on top. Finding the right surgeon who not only understands your needs and wishes can feel like a minefield, but after my initial consultation I knew I had found the right surgeon. Dr Sojitra was very honest, informative and calming in his advice and approach. I was very nervous heading into this process but with his well balanced knowledge, Dr Sojitra made me feel 100% at ease and reassured throughout. He was available to answer any questions during his own time, reassuring me at every stage pre and post op. I could not be happier with my results, it felt like Dr Sojitra knew what was inside my head with how I pictured my results, without too much description from myself. I recently had a lipoma removed , everything went perfectly from initial consultation , the surgery itself went really smoothly , and result was perfect, with just the minimal scar left, really pleased with result

I had a breast reduction end of September 2021, something that I have always dreamed of having. I am so happy with my results and cannot praise Nilesh enough for his work and his nice nature. I have been back a few times for check ups and every member of the team I have met have been so lovely. If you are thinking of having this surgery, I cannot recommend Nilesh enough.

I decided to undergo an open rhinoplasty in November 2021 after feeling insecure about the size and shape of my nose. After reading many of the excellent reviews about Nilesh, I felt extremely confident with booking a consultation and then going straight ahead with the surgery.

Nilesh and his team were skilled, friendly and professional and I received fantastic care during my stay at Spire. I am over the moon with the result and would 100% recommend him to anybody seeking a new and improved look.

I had a nose job back in 2017 with Nilesh, this changed my confidence, which positively affected my life. I felt safe and comfortable from the start with him, I knew I was in good hands.

Once all my swelling had gone, in 2018 I noticed a lump on my nose I wasn't happy with, this was through no fault of Nilesh, or my own aftercare, it just happened from the nature of how my nose healed. Nilesh offered to fix this free of charge, however I decided not to, as I didn't want the time off work, to have surgery again and to have to start the healing process again.

As time went on and my nose healed even further, I noticed the bump more and more, this was due to my septum slightly dropping. This closed one of my nostrils slightly, so went back to Nilesh in 2020 for advise on this. He was understanding, explained to me what had happened and how he would still help at a subsidised price, and I decided to go ahead and do it. I didn't think it was possible, but my new nose is even better than the first one he did!

I have been getting endless compliments, especially from how beautifully and naturally lifted the tip is, and have referred a handful of friends that feel conscious of their noses.

I would 100% go to Nilesh again if I ever needed or wanted any of the other procedures he offers.

I am only 18 days post op and my scarring is so thin and this was the part I was most concerned about. But WOW they look amazing.

I wasn’t in any discomfort after I had my surgery and I stoped taking pain relief after day 2 I also think this is a reflection on his work that he doesn’t just cut you open and is rough with your body. I really did expect to be in alot of pain and not have a lot of movement afterwards but I was ok.

I will always recommend Dr Sojitra to family and friends because he is truly amazing and I will be forever grateful.

I had an open rhinoplasty in March 2021 after being insecure about my side profile and my unsymmetrical front profile, 9 months on and it was the best decision I've ever made! I am no longer worried about people looking at me from the side or how my photos look. Nilesh has been amazing every step of the way, pre and post surgery he was always available to answer any questions or worries I had and would always feel at ease! Would 1000% recommend him to anyone nervous about taking the leap!!

I recently required minor plastic surgery and was recommended to see Mr Sojitra. His secretary was able to arrange an appointment with little delay, and Mr Sojitra was very pleasant and reassuring. Treatment was painless and successful. I felt I was in the hands of a really accomplished expert who also has the knack of being approachable, friendly and putting you at your ease.

This summer I decided to go and see Mr Sojitra about changing the shape of my nose. He explained all the pros and cons to me and left it entirely up to me about what I wanted to do. I wanted to go ahead with it and made all the arrangements with his lovely secretary. On the day of the operation Mr Sojitra personally came to see me before I went into surgery he also came to see me after the surgery as well. I am now 3 months into my new transformation and I cannot praise Mr Sojitra enough. It was the best decision I’ve ever made and Mr Sojitra was an excellent surgeon. I even recommended him to my friend who went and booked a consultation with him straight away.

I had both implants and a lift with Dr Sojitra to correct my asymmetrical and tuberous breasts and the results are incredible. During our consultations prior to surgery, Dr Sojitra was very informative about the whole breast augmentation process, ensuring I understood and felt comfortable with everything and was happy to answer any queries I had. The care provided during and post surgery has also been excellent. I am beyond pleased with the outcome and the overall service provided by Dr Sojitra and his team. I finally feel comfortable with my breasts and cannot wait to see the final result after they have fully healed.

Nilesh is such a lovely person as well as a great surgeon. Nilesh has performed two procedures, implants and then an explant 10 years later. His professionalism has remained 10/10 and I admire his honesty. Over the years I have sent many people to nilesh and they have all been super happy too. After weightloss my breasts were left depleted, to say the least! I had been considering a lift (with implants) for some time, but felt too nervous to go ahead with it. After a lot of research I came across Nilesh and arranged an appointment. I felt very at ease discussing the operation, having all my questions answered and my mind put at ease. I told him what I wanted and a natural result, Nilesh advised me what he'd do for the best outcome. I had also decided to have a labiaplasty at the same time.
It's already been over 7 months and I'm so pleased with the results and the healing. The stitches were extremely neat and have healed extremely well already.
I have also had Botox for bad 11 lines on my forehead which worked wonders.
Now that I've found him, if I ever wanted or needed anything else done, I'd never go anywhere else other than straight to Nilesh!

I had a minor procedure that was carried out by Mr Sojitra. From the initial consultation and throughout the procedure I felt safe, comfortable and fully informed of what was going to happen and when. Mr Sojitra was attentive and took time to reassure me at every stage. I would highly recommend Mr Sojitra and should I need anything in the future, I would not consider anyone else.

I suffered with an unknown lump for 6 years.
I was backwards & forwards to my GP asking for help but was given the reason that as long as my lump went down they would not help.

I came to Mr Sojitra & he was able to help me with something everyone else had refused to help me with.

I was in and out of surgery in around 40mins to an hour. I was spoken to the entire time & treated well, I felt calm the entire time.

You can barely see the scar, VERY happy.
