This company is a scam. Never received product no contact details on site. Frauds. Tried contacting them for over a year. No product no response. They we not able to provide proof of supply. Reported to scamwatch Australia.

GARBAGE site! Still awaiting on my order from last month! Reached out to the fake Customer Service 3x and I still haven't received an email from them. Save your time and $, stay away and order on a legit site instead. 😎👍🏿

I ordered a shirt from here never received the product in the email I received went straight to spam.... VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS 👎

First time user of the site.
I ordered two items, both of which took about 3 months to arrive (separately).
One item was OK so not all bad.
The second item though was completely different to the one I ordered. I started the email process to get this sorted only for the company to suggest the item was not bad and I could kep it and be given an $8 dollar discount. I responded, rejecting the offer, advising the item was not appropriate business attire and requested the item I originally ordered be sent. I also offered to return the incorrect item if I was provided a return postal address.
I also asked for confirmation the business would accept the cost of return shipping.
I received a reply stating that the item was no longer available, with the offer of the discount increased to $10. This where things went south.
From that point on, I was unable to send any more emails with an "illegal message" error message popping up anytime I sought to reply to the email trail or even start a new email conversation. Felt to me like I got a couple of token responses but when I failed to accept their offer of a discount, I went into the "too hard basket".
The fact that I can still order the correct item from the Coowigsby site is of particular concern, having been told it is no longer available.
So, take a chance if you dare but be warned, and don't be disappointed if things don't go according to plan.

SCAM!!!! Terrible company. shipping takes forever and the items I ordered don't even fit. Sweatshirts look nothing like the picture and are more like a kids medium than a mens. They also changed one of the items I ordered vs. informing me that it was not available. Now I am stuck with items that don't fit and one item we didn't even want or ask for. My birthday boy is beyond disappointed. But it will cost too much to ship it back to not even get a refund. Stay away from this company. Emails back and forth, don't even address all the issues and no phone number to speak to someone.

I didn't even want to rate this company. But I guess I had to, to write a review. I feel ripped off. I never even received my package. AG951486382CN. There's no customer service to reach. I've been emailing to hear nothing. I really wish I could get my money back. I will never ever order anything else from coowigsby and I strongly suggest no one trust this them.. it's a rip off!!!!!!

I ordered this cool funky looking sweater that I thought would go perfect with a few outfits I have. I paid extra for 1 - 2 day shipping and it took 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.. What I got in the mail looked like someone tried to make a homemade knockoff version of what was advertised. I wish I could post the pictures of what I ordered and what I got in the mail. DONT TRUST COOWIGSBY.

I ordered a Michael Jordan figurine doll for $26 now it's 16 or $17 now and I still haven't received mine I can't get in touch with the company and when I took my credit card information instead of some yoga something in China that I can't get in touch with that company or nobody I don't know what this company is but it's not no real company somebody needs to Sue that company and they ripping all these people off everybody need to get together and get one big lawsuit action against them

The pictures displayed on the site are not even close to what you'll get. I ordered for an African design shirt paid over $50 not including tax. What I received was a flimsy cheap material and a design quite different from what they posted on the site.

When I tried to return the item they gave me the run around for 5 weeks. They wouldn't provide me with an return address.

When they eventually provided the return address it was somewhere in China - you'd have to pay for international shipping.

This is a SCAM , it takes forever to be shipped. Size run super small and when you want to return the item , they offer you a ridculous amount of money not a full refund.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

I ordered a suit on Oct 14th with standard shipping(8-12 business days) it took a month and five days for package to arrive and they delivered the wrong product. This site is a scam. I want a full refund. How can you confuse a Coffee Slim Plaid to plain black suit?

I had so many high hopes for this company! They really have seemingly nice products. But after trying 7 times to get into my account with them and having no luck because no password I use is good enough it seems that I may have been scammed. My order number is 906208 and it was ordered on 10/28/21. I have sent numerous emails to the email address provided on the website with no response???? I would change my review if I finally got the item I ordered because it looked very nice. If some one from Coowigsby customer support could give me an update it would be great in the next couple of days. If not I will have to report this as fraud and stand by my rating…this is so sad because they really do have nice things on there site.
I am writing this rebuttal to the response from Coowigsby on 11/13/2021. The truth is that I inverted to numbers on the confirmation number because I wanted to see how your company was going to handle my compliant. The order number is 908206 and it is on 10/28/21 at 11:11pm. Also, my credit was charged at the same time for the complete amount of the transaction. For me the greatest issue to all of this is that till this day I have not received a reply email from your company?? Instead you choose to use trust pilot as your response to your customers which is unacceptable business practices. I am very interested to see if I will get a reply to my many emails to your company or if my answer will be on Trust Pilot? One thing is for sure and that is you took my payment for a suit and I would love to have that suit or either my money back. I wish there was a way to upload the confirmation email to this so that everyone could see that I have the proof. Thanks

100% scam I never received what I ordered and couldn't even login to the account I set up, the tracking number didn't exist either and they kept sending me emails saying my order was on its way. Fortunately PayPal gave me my money back.

Terrible website! SCAM ALERT! Do not buy from COOWIGSBY.com. The company is staffed by con-artists taking advantage of people who want to spend there hard earned money. It’s a shame to have a company lie about returns and refunds at such a time as this. I guess some companies have not learned simple human decency. I will be sure to post my unfortunate experience on every website I can find to place a review to protect

I found it very easy and would definitely order again as he was very timely with his response. Very happy with the customer service!

Customer service is terrible e-mailed them three times no response been waiting over a month for my order and tracking number does not exist very disappointing will never order from coowigsby again they are online crooks

Ordered shirt…Was way too small and not as described on the site… Reached out to customer service and they are giving me the same run around described on other reviews. Furthermore, the address they gave me in China for the return seems to be incorrect given that there are two streets in it.

I wish I couldn’t leave a star. I order 2 shirts . I put the correct address and some a$&hole changed the apartment number. So my package was sent to the wrong address.
I reached out to them and they continued to keep telling me to contact the shipper fedx and now there saying check my porch when I do t have a porch.
Crazy how it’s there fault will not send me my shirts .
Never order from them again.
