These people bend over backwards to help you out. I had purchased some of their software but years later, after a flood, hurricane, leg amputation, and moving a few thousand miles to a new home - I could not install the software on a new computer. No questions asked. I provided my old key, they sent a link to get the latest software and a new key. You can't ask for me. Thank you. :-)

Purchased old version of Total Audio Converter eight years ago, and still able to receive updates (with a new serial code) after contacting the company (using email) .

A great utility that does what it says it will do, no hidden issues. And it is a team that is committed to constant improvement. The few times I have asked for support were due to my own lack of experience, yet I got excellent help and a rapid response to my inquiries. Buying software from the "Little Guy" can be somewhat disconcerting but from personal experience with Coolutils, these guys are trustworthy and I have been receiving support and updates for years!

I think, I hope, I'm sure - the best tool for converting all your images to the format you want.
And not for me, only.

Nous sommes le 21/11/2017 et depuis le 3 je bataille pour avoir une solution, sans réponse correspondant à mon problème, de leur part.

This site is very nice. Both design of the site and the programs it offers are wonderful! Besides, there is a number of freeware. Customer support is polite and always ready to help.
