Good products but WORST Customer Service.
Hello, today I want to share my experience with Cooler Master’s warranty service and advise you to be very cautious when buying from Cooler Master — and definitely don’t expect anything decent from their customer support.
First, I spent an entire week trying to get them to accept a warranty repair for my power supply. They kept insisting that Amazon should handle it, even though I told them I didn’t have access to the Amazon account and that Amazon therefore wouldn't take responsibility. After I cited my consumer rights, they finally agreed to repair it.
I had to pay for shipping to their repair center.
A week after the courier confirmed the package had been delivered, I had to contact Cooler Master myself to confirm if they had received it, as they hadn’t updated me at all. They said yes.
Another week later, I had to ask them what was going on with my PSU and whether it had been repaired. That’s when they told me they were out of stock (when were they planning to tell me that?!) and asked if I’d accept a different one. I agreed.
They sent a replacement, which took TWO weeks to arrive even though the estimated delivery time was 3 days. During this time, the shipping company had an issue with the package information. After they informed me that the sender needed to update the information, I contacted Cooler Master. But they told me everything was fine on their end and that the package would “arrive eventually.”
I had to show them the courier’s messages just to get them to believe me and take action — and still, nothing happened.
I had to contact the shipping company several times and solve the issue myself.
Never in my life have I seen such poor service.
Their products aren’t bad, but their customer service is the absolute worst.
P.S.: I don’t recommend their SFX power supplies — most of them seem to have coil whine, according to many other reviews.

I’m a former employee of this company. The quality of the products is very low and prices are too high. No support after purchase.I quit because the company is more focused on earning than on satisfying customers.

Support seems none existent , several emails later they tell me to do a warranty claim through the fanzone portal , which doesnt work/connect , chat was also useless , wont purchase cooler master again
poor customer service
I have a warranty on an coolermaster sfx power supply, it stopped working a few months ago so I tried to reach out for support but after countless support messages sent I've still got no response.

j'ai acheté leur chaise caliber x2 soit disant leur chaise la plus haut de gamme et en fait elle est encore plus bas de gamme que mon ancienne chaise que j'avais payé le tiers du prix.Après quelques jours la chaise grince très fort dès que je bouge un peu et c'est horrible ,les accoudoirs bouge tout seul et font du bruit et surtout leur service après vente est inexistant ,plus jamais cooler master !!!

Poor quality product. Their SFX 750w PSU has terrible coil whine.
They make budget hardware, but they are horrible
Ordered 4 mouse and keyboard combo. All of them has issues in less than a year. Double-click, no response from buttons.
Had 2 power supply from them. 1 killed my pc, the new one is so noisy I am going to kill myself.
Also the customer service sent me off.
My experiences based on bang for buck, customer support and performance
First off: I'm from Germany, but I dealt with customer support through the Cooler Master Fan Zone.
Purchased product: Cooler Master Evo 212 Black edition (RGB)
The first time a Molex adapter was broken and I got a replacement after a brief conversation with customer support.
This time (also the reason I'm writing this review) I was missing a certain cable for enabling RGB on my fan. After searching EBay and not finding anything I contaced the CM support, stating that I lost the cable, but was willing to pay for it. Support said that I just need to give them my adress and it will arrive in a week or two - awesome!
Apart from that the cooler cools my older i7 4790k really well + it came with a kit for the AM4 platform in case I would switch to AMD. Definitely recommend CoolerMaster based on this experience!

Atrocious Customer Support
Atrocious Customer Support. Tried getting a PSU for warranty for over 2 years. 2 years of not responding to my RMA, "awaiting approval". Having tickets cancelled automatically by the system, because it took them too long to answer and never being re-opened. Only to hear today that "the warranty sticker has been tampered with". Total BS. PSU stopped working months after purchase. It's been laying in the cabinet in the basement this whole time. Unbothered by anyone or anything. I have pictures, recent ones to prove they are lying. But to be honest I think they are counting on the fact that people value their time and sanity too much to chase them over a 100$ product. In most cases this is probably what happens. Learn from me and don't ever buy anything from them. If you need a PSU, go for Seasonic. I had it for years and it haven't failed me once.
Got a few things from CoolerMaster in…
Got a few things from CoolerMaster in the past. All have been pretty good, apart from the USB's at the front of the cases. Both quickly broke and I was far to lazy to replace them at the time. I spoke with a friend and he had the same issue, which is a shame because i can't really complain at the rest of the build quality of any of their stuff. Will carry on purchasing this and Cosair stuff though as I am very pleased with their quality.

Sent me 2 fans instead of the 2 pcs of fan mounting kits for Evo 212, have written them twice (now 3 times), no response.
Got response back, Coolermaster will send me the missing items and let me keep the fans. So upgrading the experience from 2 to 4.

Amazing
I have never had a bad experience with coolermaster products, sometimes their pricier than rivals but their products ooze quality - durability etc.
Lousy warranty
In 2009 I bought a Coolemaster Silent Pro PSU with 5 years warranty. In 2010 it started being noisy. It was replaced by the seller. In 2011 it started again being noisy, but the seller had went out of business. Instead I got a new PSU from Coolermaster-europe in the Netherlands. In Denmark the warranty period start over if you get a replacement, but Coolermaster refuses to give me a new warranty period even though it is the law in Denmark.
If Coolermaster trusted their own products to last, I can’t see any reason not to give an extension to the warranty period, but apparently they don't.
