Very satisfied been living in slovakia (I am from Germany) so I found this shop when I was looking for party supplies. I order 5 products and all are absolutely amazing. Very fast and realiable service, in Slovakia I think its well known e-shop

I have experienced 3-times order with this seller. I have one problem with delivery but it was not was their fault. I love the products they sell via website really quality and good looking stuff. So Yes I will buy again from this shop for sure.

Everything goes very smoothly from order to delivery. They have very nice gadgets on their website and are really very very helpfull when you ask questions about products. So big up and definitelly I can recommend this store.

Ich habe zwei mal das gleiche Produkt bestellt. Zuerst von ein paar Jahren ohne Probleme. Dann dieses Jahr wieder, aber die Ware ist nie bei mir angekommen und ich habe auch keine Informationen von Cool Mania bekommen, was los ist – sondern ich habe ihnen viele Emails schreiben müssen, mit der Frage was los ist, was schon ärgerlich war, obwohl ich sofort per Überweisung bezahlt hatte. Am Ende haben sie mir angeboten, das Geld zurück zu überweisen, aber ohne die Versandkosten, was mich dann auch wieder sehr verärgert hat, da es nicht in meiner Verantwortung liegt, dass nicht geliefert worden ist. Am Ende haben sie tatsächlich nur den Betrag der Ware ohne Lieferkosten zurückerstattet.
Nachtrag vom 9.1.2023: Inzwischen hat mir das Unternehmen die fehlenden Kosten zurückerstattet.

Excellent customer services. I purchased a couple of LED T-shirts . Quality was excellent but sizing was smaller than expected. I spoke to customer services and they were extremely helpful and arranged for them to be exchanged. Would definitely buy from them again

Es wurde ein Rückfahrkamerasystem mit Bildschirm und 4 Kameras bestellt. Die Ware war als sofort verfügbar gekennzeichnet. Nach mehreren Aufforderungen kam die Ware 2 Monate (!) verspätet, die Kameras entsprechen aufgrund der geringen Auflösung nicht der Beschreibung und eine Kamera ist ohne Funktion. Seit weiteren 2 Wochen noch immer keine Lösung bzw. Antwort erhalten! Finger weg von solchen Händlern!!!

I ordered a wood map in oak, and after waiting for some weeks, I received the map in a wrong color which is dark walnut. It’s a completely another product they sell on there website.

I send the pictures and documentation to them an explained the problem, and there answer was “there is variation in the wood”.

In the end they offer me sending a light version (what I actually ordered and payed for), if I send the wrong product back. But they don’t want to pay for the return shipping, even when it’s there fault.

The product is good, but not what I ordered. They don’t offer a respectful service or solution, when the product actually is expensive.

When a problem occured the cool-mania team was there to resolve it!

I have bought many things and have always experienced a professional service. Customer support is excellent and their website is easy to navigate and provides plenty of information. I have bought a few cameras from them as they were not available elsewhere. Provided technical support after contacting them when I had a couple of issues which were all resolved. Two weeks ago, I ordered a product from your site that I chose with a "cash on delivery" service because it was an option. I received a request number and confirmation, but after 10 days there was still no shipment. So I contacted you back and it turned out that the shipment was not sent at all, because the amount is large and you want to prepay by credit card. Therefore, my recommendation is to make sure that you do not mislead the customer with information and option and to give faster and proactive feedback on what is happening. But despite all this, I would like to express my special thanks to Ing. Mario Bruchanik, who responded extremely quickly, apologized and did his best to get the shipment to us very quickly after we paid by credit card. All the time, he gave very precise and adequate feedback and helped a lot to get this gift in time for the Christmas holidays. We received it today - THANK YOU, MARIO! I wish you happy holidays and be healthy to all COOL-Mania team!

I have been ordering from this site for several years (from 2013). Great service and support, always very helpfull when need answering my questins regarding products. Shipping takes few days so you have to be patient but order was always delivered (also during pandemic times). So BIG UP from me to this seller and shop.
