Not to be trusted. I was told at my last work placement that I'd be paid a minimum of 10 hours, less my 45 minute break in a job where I would be doing a fixed amount of work, so effectively 9 hours 15 per day or 46 hours 15 per week. They paid me this for the first week, but secretly decided to change the rules and only paid me for just over 40 hours the second and third weeks. I seen a post on Facebook where someone accused them of being like this and I turned a blind eye, thinking it was just a disgruntled former agency worker. Unfortunately it turns to be completely true. Connect do not pay the wages they promise.

Do not work for these lying thieving con artists, they will not pay you what is owed to you , legal action next step. Reported to company where I was sent by them as a driver to warn all drivers these are thieves and need dumping asap

Horrible experience and trust me one of the the worst companies to work for. Some employers should not be working for this company at all because they are not competent special one guy i will not even say his name. Very arrogant and stupid person he only cares if the things go the way he wants and learnt from home he does not even know what he is doing work wise. You can easily tell he had childhood problems related to education and human behaviour. They do not put the exact locations to make things easier for everyone applying for the roles its a complete mess.

Very poor unprofessional, my first experience with them their response was so bad that they looked like they wanted somebody very quickly indeed, will never go back to them.

Quick enough to get you under there banner and into a work place but no real support or communication, you have to chase them with text messages or calls. And when you do get a reply it never answers your needs so you have to message again and again...
My contact was someone called Gary Soss who rang me late on Friday last year. And everything was upbeat and seemed good..how wrong I was....!
As the weeks pasted it became clear that communications were not easy, plus I kept getting other people's text messages and even email.
I raised this concern to him and response oh sorry....
I asked about the situation regarding my situation but I wasn't supported at all... To sum up I wouldn't suggest anyone to use them....Steer clear there based to far away so you can't go face to face. And they don't really have a portfolio in Northamptonshire.
I'm surprised that nobody else has reviewed this company...not that they're worth it
